Cold is mid 60's. Your description and photos look like the great fun my Texas bride describes. She is Texas border Island born and raised. Yet she finds my Free Florida Suncoast too warm. Go figure. Somehow North Carolina mountains is supposed to be a compromise for us. And there is the local church body in town that we have been led to, so that is good! Well it has warmed up some too as it is 37 this AM. By midweek we will be back at the Suncoast for a bit. Can't seem to get settled in at the mountains for all the doctor appointments ( mine). All small stuff, but necessary I guess. Anyway we are I-75 road warriors. Just can't hardly have more fun than that. Well unless one never has to travel I-75 at all. I do think we all are blessed in the USA, to be able to freely travel such diverse locales, all within one country, wow! Thank you Lord thank you.
