The little horn person will stop the daily sacrifice and then commits the transgression of desolation - the act of sitting in the temple, claiming to have achieved God-hood, i.e. magnifying himself. Daniel 8:11 Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.
