They haven't seen the evil. The other side of the coin so to speak. I think that it takes some of that to be truly humble. Okay, and the REAL answer is ? God gives them, the last of His humans born on the earth the option and choice to live with or without Him and they will have free will to choose... Even with a utopia to live in the human nature will be unchanged and evil. Evil nature, whether confined in a prison or subject to righteous rule, does not change.
