The Church! There is no such thing as the pretrib rapture. If you read Revelation, and Daniel, you will see that Jesus comes after the tribulation. Satan wants us to think that so we will not be ready. think about it for a minute. Was Daniel taken from the lions den? no! Jesus was in there with him. Were Shadrak, Mishak, and Abendigo, removed from their tribulation? no! Jesus went into the furnace with them. Jesus was in the ark with Noah also. While the non-believers are being harmed by the Trib., the saints will make it through unscaved, just like when the plagues hit pharoah in Egypt, and the Isrealites were unharmed. It's going to be awsome. This is a great witness to the unbelievers. When the rapture occurs the bible says that the dead in Christ will rise first, then those who are alive in Christ will put on immortality and meet Jesus in the air. All those who remain (the wicked) are destroyed with the brightness of his coming. this begins the 1000 years. We meet him in the sky and go to heaven for 1000 years. After that, we return, with God's City, and the resurection of the wicked takes place(the second resurection). This is when Satan gathers them to try to take Gods Holy city. Then God rains fire down from heaven and destroys them for good. This is the second death. However it will not be so good for you when Jesus comes back. I just don't understand what makes you think that you will be taken before the trib. I can only assume that you don't read your bible, or are reading it with a preconcieved false bias that you got from someone else who has been decieved. Satan wants you to believe the way you do. Just think about how many people are waiting to see the saints be raptured before they repent and are converted. That is a doctrine of devils. The first resurection takes place when Jesus returns.(resurection of life) The second resurection is after the 1000 years.(resurection of damnation) If you participate in the first resurection you will live forever! But if you take part in the 2nd you will die the second death. You see the wicked are destroyed with the brightness of God When he comes to rapture the saints. Jesus says that when he comes his reward is with him. His judgement has been made. The wicked have no second chance. God doesn't want us to doubt his decision, so during the 1000 years, the righteous will be reviewing the books, to see that God is just in destroying the wicked. There might be people that you thought would be saved that aren't. God wants to prove himself to us and all the un-fallen angels that his laws are not arbitrary. He wants us to love him and follow him because of love and respect. not fear. That is why Satan is still here. If God would have destroyed Satan right away, Everyone would wonder if God's law is just arbitrary, and would serve him out of fear.
