I live on the coast of VA and we are still recovering from the effects of this hurricane. A week without power was tough. I was having serious computer withdrawls. But, I am back. Many, many, many trees down. Our home had minimal damage, but the lines were down everywhere. They are working hard to get us back up and running. Last weekend was the toughest with no ice, and gas, and only Sams club open, but we made it.

G-d Bless you Lana,

Many prayers were said for our region. We too recovered! I Glory in the Lord. Prayers were answered that hurricane could have been much worse had it been category 5. Many lives would have been lost. There was mercy in that.

Did anyone else notice it dropped to category 2 the day we the U.S. vetoed the measure in the U.N. against Israel?

The Lord is good!

Praise G-d all is well there Lana. Maryland is getting back up and running too.

Bless you,

Dave

Hey Lana!

Glad to see you OK!

I live in central MD. We got the outer part of the storm, but it was still enough to do lots of damage. Just about everything was closed Friday - except resaurants - LOL! Lots of big trees came down all over the place. A tree fell on some wires up my street and severed a line Thursday night. It wasn't until Tues. night that the trees were cut, the lines fixed, and our power restored. One of my classmates still does not have power, though.

Fortunately, the hurricane didn't interfere with George's getting to Israel!

God bless!

Hi Lana,

I am glad you survived the hurricane. I thought about you a lot, realizing you were in the it's path.

Praise God, your damages were minimal! :t2:

Lana - Was great chatting with you this afternoon. So glad all is well with you and family.

I told some folks tonight, that I know you know here in Ohio, that you guys were doing okay and of course, had a bit of puter withdrawals!

God bless :t2: Glad you are back!
