It's not the U.S. backing of Israel that is causing tension in the middle east, It's the existance of israel that is causing tension. The Arabs, especially the muslims do want nor do they recognise Israel as a sovereign nation. Moreover, they want to see every Jew on the planet dead because that is what Mohammed tells them they must do if they want to go to heaven. You know, there has been only one person in the public eye that I have heard actually say something remotely close to the truth and that was Glenn Beck. I wish we could somehow make it known to the world the injustices being committed against Israel under the guise of the palestinian conflict.
