Fasting is mentioned, like animal sacrifices, tithing, washing, many other things that are commanded. Nobody could possible deny that. What cannot be found is a command to fast, in OT or NT. It was apparently the Israelites who devised fasting. Do you not even know what a "concept" is? For the principles of fasting are found in the word as I have shown. And you keep denying. It seems to me that every born again person who begins to fast gives it up sooner or later. Well there is no way that you can really know that is it as you don't believe in the practice sure those who do not fast can recieve blessings and benefits from God but you cannot compare those who practice fasting to those who do not for that is not wise in the first place to do because we as children of God can all receive from God the benefits we have in Him. Alot of people do give it up because alot of people don't understand what true fasting is and how to practice it in a way to get results with God and they give it up on those grounds but alot of people on the same token give up the faith as well and no longer serve God. oc

You do not know what "principles" are either and that is also very obvious. Or you are doing this denial on purpose. OC
