It's not the waiters fault. God gives everyone a choice, He doesn't force Himself on anyone!! It's up to you. If you accept Him, He accepts you. If you reject Him, He rejects you. Life or Death. Many, have received warnings all through life and still make the choice. God's way or no way!! For those who follow Him, know his Love. The question should be- How could they reject God??? That's the way I see it. It breaks His heart!!! candi

James tells us: When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death. So, it's not like the human race hasn't been warned! We are all snared by our own bait and we decide where we will spend eternity. The answer to your question is found throughout the Bible--check it out. What verse is that and what Bible translation. Thanks, K.D. James 1:13-15 NIV 13When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; 14but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. 15Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death. (1 Tim. 2:4) In Ezekiel 18:23, 32 and Ezekiel 33:11...we literally see God plead with people to repent and be saved. God does not send anyone to hell, it is a matter of our own free choice where we will spend eternity. If we make the decision to reject Christ and His sacrifice, then God simply gives us what we deserve. This does not contradict His "all-loving" characteristics, because He still loves us all whether we choose to follow Him or not.

Thank you, What do you think it means by " and sin when it is full grown" Charles Stanley gave a good description, he said that sin originates in the mind, where we either reject it, or dwell on it. Then it moves to the heart. Once in the heart it grows to action. We can shut down the process by renewing our minds with scripture, and thus eliminating the dwelling on the sin. But we need to make sure we use the HALT method. Never let ourselves get too....Hungry, Angry, Lonely, and Tired. Those things make us more prone to give into temptation. Guest shiloh357
Hey everybody ok i have one more question they have been goin through my head and i hope to find a reasonable answer here...i did post this on chat upper room but i seemed to start a few tiffs u kno lol...so here it is...how can an all-loving God send anyone to Hell? i cant put my head round any of the answers i got goin round in my head does any one have an answer?? canadsuzi Well part of the problem is that the Bible does not teach that God is "all-loving." One of the first problems I see here, is the false premise you are operating from. God is Love, but you also have realize that God hates sin. He is a also a God of holiness. God does not compromise His holiness. God in His love, offered man a way out. He sent His own Son, Jesus, to be sacrifice for our sins. God provided a way for man to avoid Hell. Salvation is a free gift, and all you have to do is reach out and take it. He stands at the door and knocks, and longs to enter into a living, transforming relationship with each person who is willing. The choice is up to each individual. Guest liarsandmartyrs
God does not send anyone to hell. A person sends themselves. By not accepting the love that He has for us, we seperate ourselves from His grace and thus we send ourselves to hell.

Thanks, K.D. James 1:14-15, NIV. James personifies man's sinful desire and identifies it as the cause of temptation. You can't blame the devil and you can't blame G-d. The problem is within man himself--his sin nature. James' order is this: evil desire >> sin >> death.
