Why would anyone go to a soothsayer anyway? There was a sign in front of a fortune-tellers place that said honk so I know you are here! If they know the futur why dont they win all the big lotteries? Â Feels like I am living in the times of the old testament where God was warning about worshipping other strange gods and all that. Â History surely does repeat itself . Â We are one of the very few countries left that still (not me personally as I am against the whole concept) are beging to be allowed to watxh someone fry in the electric chair or to be dosed for crimes they may have committed. I don't agree with the fortune telling aspect but last I checked this was a free country & we are benefitting from that by posting on these boards. Our taxes go for worse things - believe me, this is the least of our worries. The only people that worry are the ones who spend their money on the junk. The strange thing is I read stuff everyday about people who got involved in the new age or other strange religion, sometimes even satanism and they started out by dabbling in astrology. I agree that it is mostly a waste of money, but think it is also a tool of satan to get people away from the one true God and His Son Jesus. A highschool classmate of mine has a website that she advertized on the classmates page. This lady is way out there in the new age movement, and her testimony of how she got there: it started with dabbling in astrology when I was 14 years old. My advice is stay far away from that stuff. They get up in the a.m. and check with their "gods" to see how their day is going to be. Â Or whether they can go out, or to work, or what ever. Someone close to me is way deep into it and it actually controls her life! She is a proclaimed Christian but claims that it is the stars that made her the type person she is.
