The Bible does not specify an age of accountability

Agreed. I read that the ana-baptists started this and they at first set the "age of accountability" at 20. They kept lowering it as the years went by though.

I agree with the fact there is no known scripture that states a specific age one must reach before they are held personally responsible for their own sins.

I also agree that it is at different ages for different people as the Bible does talk about having a wise child verse a foolish child. Some learn quicker than others. But when one comes of age or maturity to know the difference between what is right and what is wrong and then can distinguish the differences for themselve and thus choose then that is when they are accountable to God. And if they choose the wrong over the right they sin and will be personally responsible for it.
