Sure. He would have told His twelve all of what was spoken. He wasn't entirely alone with the Samaritan woman, as His disciples came back just as He was finishing speaking with her. They were witness to the whole town being evangelized by her witness, as they stayed there a few days. There would have been a lot of corroboration.

As to the woman brought before Him in adultery, they were before a congregation the whole time. The accusers filed out one by one, but the entire congregation never left, and remained witness to the entire event.

Jesus could have told them to the Disciples, or the Spirit could simply have revealed them.......
