If it rains too much, its global warming. If it rains too little, its global warming. Heck, even if it snows...its global warming! Are you in the mountains or something? In the Sandhills, it's almost always in the mid to high 90s from July until sometime in early Sep or so. Plus about 98% humidity. t.
