Help With Computer

OK, it's well known here that I am totally clueless when it comes to the computer. So how do I back something up on disk? I want to back up my whole Word Perfect.

OK, it's well known here that I am totally clueless when it comes to the computer. So how do I back something up on disk? I want to back up my whole Word Perfect.

HELP!

You should be able to burn it to a CD as most of them hold 700 MGs. Diskettes usually don't have enough capacity for large files. You do mean all of your WordPerfect files , right? Not the program itself? Put a blank 'writable' CD into the D drive; when the prompt comes up locate the files you want to copy. Right click the file, choose Drive D from the drop down box. When the next window opens you'll see your files. Over to the left choose 'burn these files to CD". That's it. This assumes that you are using Windows, and your computer can burn CDs, of course. :)
