damo1 Posted September 23, 2007 Group: Diamond Member Followers: 2 Topic Count: 29 Topics Per Day: 0.00 Content Count: 1,822 Content Per Day: 0.29 Reputation: 19 Days Won: 0 Joined: 05/23/2007 Status: Offline Birthday: 11/16/1967 Share Posted September 23, 2007 from damo1 hello Brian high how are you i should have also given you these points and told you that you that most men wil not understand you but find the right guys you can open up to we do this hear in our church with our males and new ones most women wil hug you and if this is a problem for you brian try to put the hand out and shake there hands try also not to lay the guilt trip on your sisters brian its not there fault and they should be allowed to dress in things that are comfterbal to them try not to throw to many bible verses at your sisters in the lord as this wil not help i am sure my friend that our sisters do there best to not be stumblings blocks brian hear also in my church i keep an eye out on new male christians as we have some ot the most beautifal women in our churches and i want the sisters in my church mainly single ones to feel safe and not have them thinking is this guy undressing me or checking me out most churches do not do this but we do this in our church as there are men who wil go to a church just to try there luck on picking up a single christian women so us guys in my church are on the ball and we do it in a way wear its not puting the new guy down as we want them to settle and find god but we lay out a few ground rules also when on the itner net avoid porn sights brian as this is a tool the enemy uses a lot to make us males fall be very care full we live in a world brian wear women are no longer treated with the respect they deserve i worked in an industry that use to take advantage of the women i was looking after and i have heard some degrading things come out and directed not just at the women i was looking after but to normal women going to work women are only seen for one thing and this is wrong i pray that a day comes wear the brothels the strip joints and the magazines and xxx rated videos are shut down for good as these videos degrade women to a point wear most guys see women as dirt and are only hear for one thing i make sure when ever a brothel open in our area it is bought to the attention of the police i do not belive in the traficking of women and young women as this is wrong and very harmfull wear i use to work the criminals wear doing this and its still being done today and i always do my best with sevral others to bring this to the attention of the police and were possible make my voice heard i hope you come to a place in your walk wear this is delt with brian and bit by bit you wil find that the lord wil deal with this yet you need to be open and you need to be honest with your self i hope you find the book i told you to get helpful as it has helped many christian males and older ones as well hear in Australia i wil keep you in my prayers brian blessings from damo1 damien Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Brian85 Posted September 23, 2007 Group: Members Followers: 1 Topic Count: 2 Topics Per Day: 0.00 Content Count: 20 Content Per Day: 0.00 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 09/12/2007 Status: Offline Birthday: 09/29/1985 Author Share Posted September 23, 2007 (edited) hey damo1, i really appreciate the response. i guess i should have said this before ... in the "real world", when i'm out and about, I don't have a real problem with women ... i mean, yeah, i have my moments ... but it's the internet world that's got a hold on me. it's horrible ... there is my flesh desire, but then there's that part of me, the spiritual side, that feels sad for these girls and it makes me feel a profound guilt and sadness in my heart ... for them as well as myself. i feel disgusting and cheap, and i know that they do to. it's really hard because i don't have a girlfriend right now, so loneliness plays a big part in it. and as i get older, the loneliess becomes more painful (emotionally and physically). i've looked for that kind of love in the wrong places and it has brought me nothing but grief. 2 of my 3 brothers are gay and we have no relationship because they don't want one with me or my parents ... my other brother, who is a Christian and someone that i am very close to, has his own wife and kids to worry about ... and my sister and i have no relationship ... after high school, the group of friends that i had, all went their seperate ways ... and i haven't spoken to them in years ... and as i struggle with my own issues, it's just gotten harder and lonelier. i thank God that i have two wonderful parents ... but marriage brings enough trials of its own .. and i don't want to burden them any further, so i keep this all to myself. damo1 Posted September 24, 2007 Group: Diamond Member Followers: 2 Topic Count: 29 Topics Per Day: 0.00 Content Count: 1,822 Content Per Day: 0.29 Reputation: 19 Days Won: 0 Joined: 05/23/2007 Status: Offline Birthday: 11/16/1967 Share Posted September 24, 2007 from damo1 hello Brian i know how you feel when my divorce came threw i have been on my own since 2000 yet i had not intrest in seeking out another partner as i wanted this time to heal and sort out some personal things i only met my wife to be who is a pastor in the philippines last year in jan 2006 my first wife was not a christian and she was a jehova wittness yet we are very close friends as we have a child and he is the best thing that has ever happend to me i am sorry to hear about what you are going threw as i have been on my own since i was 14 black sheep and i was not wanted by my father when he got married after divorcing my mum he made it clear that i was not wanted just give it time my friend let the lord work in you brian and if it gets to the point wear it hurts ask him to take that lonlines and fil it with his peace and love as he did this for me and its been an awsem experiance even though i have gotten so use to being on my own looking after my self doing al the house work and all the cooking i sort of liked it being on my own i tried sharing and got taken advantage off and i had some one stay hear a while back i went away he got on the inter net thinking i could trust him and know i am having to toss out the rubbish that he had looked at while on line i was not happy yet i had to forgive him and my neighbor is going to clear the porn sights he was looking at as i asked him to look after my place and warned him he can use the computer but he is not to log in to porn sights how foolish was i yet i learned and i am now having to put parent lock on so this does not hapen again if i ever have some one over but i dont think i wil do this again i wil keep you in my prayers take care from damo1 damien Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Brian85 Posted September 24, 2007 Group: Members Followers: 1 Topic Count: 2 Topics Per Day: 0.00 Content Count: 20 Content Per Day: 0.00 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 09/12/2007 Status: Offline Birthday: 09/29/1985 Author Share Posted September 24, 2007 just give it time my friend let the lord work in you brian and if it gets to the point wear it hurts ask him to take that lonlines and fil it with his peace and love as he did this for me and its been an awsem experiance i wil keep you in my prayers take care from damo1 damien thank you, i appreciate it. everything has been so hard lately ... not only am i struggling with lust (on top of alot of things), i also did some "spiritual house cleaning" about 2 weeks ago, in which i got rid of a ton of music, some books, and a number of movies ... and now i'm starting to feel the void, and it's just so hard ... the loneliness makes it even more difficult. the music was probably one of the hardest things to throw away ... i had alot of CDs and DVDs and one day, i asked my older brother for help and we filled up at least 2 garbage bags full of stuff and tossed it into the dumpster ... at first i felt great and free ... but reality didn't sink in until about a week later and now it's just hard. i pray for God to give me new emotions ... and He does, but at the same time it's becoming more and more apparent that this isn't going to be easy. i won't lie ... the lust seems to ease the stress levels too, it feels great at that moment ... but that ends very quickly, and the wave of guilt and depression follows immediately after and i'm tired of feeling this way. it's a torment. i have so many things in my life that i need to clean up ...
