I wouldn't be surprised if the offer was strictly for Jews but even so it's a great opportunity. I would personally like to move to Israel but I wouldn't care to live as a second class citizen. I don't speak the language and so that would make getting work a bit difficult. I don't know about you guys but I feel a tugging or a calling to Israel. I just feel uncertain about what my purpose in going would be. A part of me feels that I would find a feeling of completeness and another part is uncertain about how I would make a living. They referred to it as Aliya. They were also recommending the Golan Heights where you can get a good chunk of land for around 35k dollars. They spoke of the Golan Heights as being quiet and peaceful.
