Or when to trust God to handle it? I hear everywhere don't burden others with your problems. But other times I hear that you have to have friends to survive. What do you do if God is your only friend the only shoulder you can cry on. What if your trying to face fears that completly terrify you and no matter how much you try to trust in God and believe that He will see you through it your still terrified? I know He wont put more on me than I can bare. I know He will be their walking with me. I know that should be enough. I know He was with me last week. I know he will be with me this week. I know the caterpillar can't turn into the butterfly until he goes through the dark place. So why am I still terrified? Why am I still looking for someone to hold my hand? Because I've never done this before and that dark place has haunted me all my life. I feel like I need an army to go through this with me. Although, I know it is not true. Is this even a question that can be answered? Or is He trying to show me the answer to a question I asked a long time ago? The Question was: What does it mean to fear God? It means you should fear what could/will happen if you don't have Jesus in your life? Is this right? Is that why I have been so afraid? I feel numb. I can only say that I am sorry you are afraid, and I hope the Lord will help you thru this or maybe if you give specifics, someone might be able to help you a bit better. It's hard to know what to say without really knowing what you're talking about. In His Love, Suzanne

Fear of the Lord is awesomness of knowing who He is. It is also the beginning of wisdom. People can pray you through your darkest hours, days , months and perhaps years. There have been times where I had to go through thins mostly by myself. We are to bear one anothers burdens and to help with the cross that you are called to bare. Jesus even had help carrying His cross. So burden us. We have all been there i would have to say!!!!

I am the same way. I will say this though, God can do miraculous things. He made me able to speak before a group several times. If you asked me right now, if I am able to get up and speak before a group, I'd say "absolutely not"! But, if the Lord said to speak before a group, I'd say, "Ok Lord, but you'll have to help me thru it." He has, He does!!! He can help you. Don't stress over it too much, just let God work a work in you. It will strengthen you in time. In His Love, Suzanne

Try and get to know folks and then you can do PM'S and not have ALL your personal detasils out here for ALL to read. BE BLESSED, ZOE

God uses people. So often when we ask God for help ---- he sends another person to help. Someone somewhere has gone through the trial that you are going through. God will send someone to help. In return, someday you can help someone else. Speaking in front of people can be very intimidating. I haven't done much of it, but as I get older I find that I am not nearly as fearful of things like that. <>< ><> Nathele
