The Examiner has the scoop on a controversial new program announced today that would create so-called "Neighborhood Safety Zones" which would serve to partially seal off certain parts of the city. D.C. I know some parts of Washington are really bad, but "safety at what price"? 1 Thessalonians 5.3: "For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. Have you ever actually BEEN to D.C.? I have.....it's a really high crime city for the most part. This is the local police attempting to quell crime....hardly newsworthy. I doubt if any American would have felt at home in the old Soviet block countries and that's a very unfair thing to say. You should stick to what you know.
