Apparently, this operation was so top secret that the workers in question did not need to know the details before being sent off to pick up the trash. To make matters worse, the camera has been valued at somewhere between $14 and $20,000. Instead of targetting real criminals.........murderers, rapists, even anti-social youths who terrify old people on housing estates.......they waste tax payers money on catching parking offenders and fly-tippers. No wonder the British public is fast losing faith in the powers that be. People want to see real solutions to real problems. Real problems. Problems that affect their quality and standard of life. People are more concerned about being able to walk the streets safely, and getting a police response if somebody burgles their property, more than they are about fly-tipping. Crazy, mixed up world.
