If anyone deserves the death penalty it is this person. He has already lived 20+ years longer than his victims and because of a continued legal process stands to live allot longer. Who are we, mere humans, imperfect in every way, to judge who should live or die? Actually that is not a Biblical perspective. Governments are sanctioned by God to meet justice, including the death penalty. If this were not so, He would not have commanded it when giving the world His example as to how a government should be run when He created Israel. The above statement has no bearing on the issue at hand....it shows no correlation to anything and it makes NO sense.
