Pro 31:10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. when scripture asks a question there is always an answer. the answer to the question above is God, and if your a man not I, not any matchmaker other than the one that made us. marrige isnt about what/who you like. thats self serving. God gives you what you need, not want well sometimes want but its cuz you need it. marrige is a covenant between God a man and a woman. Pro 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. i prayed for a year and a half about a wife, day and night continually. He showed her to me in a dream. she has dark hair. i hope when he brings us together it isnt grey. *sighs* love is patient.(not always easy) Edited August 20, 2008 by Godfearer

Interesting. I don't believe that LR believes in kissing believers before marriage either. If one is interested in "christian only", why would one go to a "non-believer" site seeking a mate? Not everyone at the secular sites are unbelievers. I've met believers on the site. They weren't for me, but they were there.

I am real big on the whole concept of intercourse being the sign of a virtually unbreakable covenant. Even when I was in rebellion, I believed that. (I was pretty hard on myself after my first failed marraige that I didn't hold to it, but I did end up marrying the only man I was with after the first marraige.) It is astounding to me how many true Christians that understand the covenants God made with His people and understand in theory that sex is a sign of a covenant, but then they decide to forget its application in our lives. My one and only fight with my fiance' was over this very subject.

Once the income picks up, maybe I should try E-Harm. I enjoyed going through the questions, and they have groups & forums, which is cool in that you can communicate w/o paying. And they have some good articles on Christian dating/relationships there. I wish $ wasn't the bottom line, but they are a business-
