If it's another case like the Sharon Brown/Victoria Osteen fiasco, a totally frivolous suit....he should be forced to pay all court costs, as should the Ms. Brown. That violates sooooo many safety violations. Sounds like another person trying to make a quick buck. I could be wrong, but it sure seems that way.
