  2. Yay! I love Fireproof! I kinda liked Flywheel it's just on such a low budget that it turns a lot of people off.... You can tell it is cheap. But i like it anyway Only watched it like 6 times, hehe. (I make the most of every Christian movie!!)
  3. Nag you're not helping me!! I am intollerant to watermelon! So cheap at the moment though. Oranges will do me
  4. Me too traveller! Don't want to lose the muscle... Andy no I'm still not registered but I haven't received your lesson or crazy's lesson anyway so I figured i'm not behind! OneLight how do you do it!??!?!?
  5. L: I had roast carrot, turnip and celery with chicken and veggie dip. Then for afternoon tea I had 2 oranges and 2 cups of soymilk.
  6. I'm better when I just cut out the chocolate altogether! Then i don't think about going to get any. If i don't keep any in the fridge then I don't feel the urge to go eat it! Good lunch andy!
  7. Noooo nag! Actually I've bought "emergency chocolate" before! That's how bad it is!!
  8. B: 2 cups soymilk, 1 orange + about to have a large strong black coffee Ok I eat really funny food.... Seriously, I just make all my food and it's always such odd combinations so don't laugh at lunch and dinner....
  9. Challenge #1 Don't have a third dinner tonight, LOL. Challenge #2 Eat a healthy breakfast tomorrow. Challenge #3 Don't buy something yummy for a "treat" when I go shopping tomorrow. By this time tomorrow night I'm going to be a bit frantic for sugar . I think the challenge for me is to put effort into cooking my own food for every meal, I'm so lazy . Dear God, convict us of our socially acceptable sin . Speak to our hearts and renew our spirit and mind and align us with your ways. May our diet and lifestyle honour You. Help us with our sloth and gluttony. Amen. Hey Andy just watch when you are cooking every meal not to eat it while you're cooking it... That's what I do and when I've finished cooking it there's never much left!! Typical... Just about to start exercising then I managed to burn my foot yesterday with second degree burns, whoops!
  10. Great breakfast! Can you use brown bread? Wow I've got a lot to live up to now andy, hehe
  11. Andy can I just use this thread?? I'm too scared to start my own one hehe!! Yay I am so excited that we both remembered today! I hope Crazy did too. My goals are: #1 Eat at meal times, at least 2 hours apart (not just eating everything all the time) #2 No chocolate and icecream for at least 3 days!!! (I need the self-control) #3 Give praise for my food everytime it is about to go into my mouth. (oops that should be number 1) Wow these are hard goals but I've written them down now so I have to do them!! Andy I really like your goals!
  12. I think my Brother in law uses it. He really likes it and it helps him a lot in Bible college! If i'm thinking of the same one it is pretty expensive though.
  13. I agree other one, I think if there are going to be any 'aliens' they will be demons or the such
  14. Not sure whether to laugh or cry.... Is this normal over that side of the world?? here -------------------- A love-struck buck ran out of luck a week ago. The seven-point buck was killed when it rammed a 640-pound concrete statue of an elk in the backyard of Mark and Carol Brye's home in rural Viroqua, Wis. Bucks often fight during the breeding season, commonly called the rut. Dominant bucks defend breeding territories and female deer by sparring with subordinate bucks. Antler battles sometimes result in the death of one or both deer, but usually end with the biggest buck winning and the smaller buck high-tailing it out to another area. Mark Brye, who owns Brye Plumbing in Viroqua, was still laughing about the suicidal buck he found near his elk statue last week. Brye said his morning ritual is to rise early and look out at the life-like statue about 40 yards from his home. "Our son and daughter gave it to us for Christmas four years ago because we like to hunt elk," Brye said. "The elk is a nice thing to see every morning. It looks pretty cool, especially on a foggy morning." Brye said he knew exactly what happened when he saw the statue tipped over. Although they were about the same height, the statue weighed at least three times more than the 180-pound deer. He didn't realize the buck lay dead a short distance away. "I could tell the buck poked the statue a couple of times by the chipped paint on it," Brye said, adding that the buck eventually rammed it like a mountain goat. The buck apparently staggered about 20 feet and fell. Brye claimed the buck with a tag from the Vernon County conservation warden. He laughed at the warden's tag note: "lawn ornament fight
  15. Oh sorry I didn't know it was inappropriate because I've seen several other people discussing it in these forums.... I didn't think it was an odd question though. I know of many denominations where this problem would be seen as normal and "ok". I never implied that i thought adultery was allowed by God though..... Also my question wasn't for you... Sorry if it seemed like it was from the way I quoted things. Edit: Sorry I just realised how confusing my quote marks are... My IQ has dropped about 50 points in the last year as I've been so sick so please be patient with me, your sister! I didn't mean to confuse. I was agreeing with Shiloh62's point, and then adding my own thoughts to it. Time for bed now...
  16. Wow all these threads coming back to life! must be the day. Nice maths though
  17. Yay! I am so amazed by the results from that poll. I didn't know there were YEC's here! Oops...
  18. Your marriage is supposed to represent Christ's relationship with the church here on earth. What is this saying to your congregation?? The relationship you have with this other minister is a sinful one and is NOT God-honouring. I agree the attraction is so strong probably because it is secretive. Focus on loving your spouse. That is the role which God has given you. I agree that it would probably be helpful to admit these things to the head pastor, as accountability is so important when struggling with sin.
  19. Wow you've got it cheap in Victoria! I'm almost positive it isn't that cheap in Sydney!
