I posted this in another thread, but I think it is just as relevant in this thread with reference to the sin of homosexuality. I do not intend to engage in a lengthly debate about this, as I believe in my heart it is not up to anyone who proclaims to be Christian to constantly point out the sins of others. If someone had done that to me, it would drive me further away from and not to God. The Scriptures do not differentiate, in my opinion, between the consequences of sexual sin of homosexuality and the sin of adultry; both are equavalant to a sexually immoral lifestyle, so I am using these two sexual sins as an example. Let's take a look at the scripture and the setting of the woman caught in the act of adultry, a sexual sin, punishable by death, in the Bible times of Jesus under the law of Moses written in John Chapter 8. (Jesus turned to the people and the Jewish government, or Scribes and Pharisees in Bible times. ) Jesus was teaching in the Temple, and all the people came to listen to him as he taught them to learn more about God's law. And the scribes and the pharisees, who are teachers of the law in Bible times brought a woman just caught in adultry, and questioned Jesus saying: "Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned; but what sayest thou?" This was said to tempt Jesus, according to the Scripture in order to have an excuse to accuse him. Jesus then stooped down and wrote on the ground with his finger, as if he didn't hear the question. The questioning continued, and Jesus answered them: He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. They walked away one by one... Well, if Israel or the US make the first move, it will be to first disable Iran's retaliatory capabilities. You always knock out radar, communcations, command and control, airport runways, possible supply routes etc., in order to maximise confusion on the ground. What I think will happen is that Iran will continue to make war with Israel via proxies such as Hizbol, Hamas and all the other radical splinter groups they support, who will eventually light the fuse that will cause a major regional war between Israel which will ultimately end up involving Syria, Lebanon, Gaza, and all the major terror groups in the Middle East against Israel and will bring about the wars prophesied in Psalm 83 and the destruction of Damascus prophesied in Isaiah 17:1. Blessings, Why is this such a big deal? It's called keeping a record or "log" of calls. Responsible public service departments all do this to protect themselves or the party involved if a question or law suit arises over the call. This was a newly developed illness, (diabetic ketoacidosis) that was not yet diagnosed, and no lay person could possible know the seriousness of it without specific certain other symptoms, that could very possibly mimic any less severe illness of any child or adolescent.
