Perhaps the man who just got his name legally changed to JESUS CHRIST will send this guy a copy of his driver license. This falls in the same category as "the holocaust never happened".

A sad state of affairs indeed. I am saddened by the prime ministers condition. It is equaly disturbing that there are those that would consider attacks on Israel as a form of celebration. As some of you have said, why would they celebrate the death of the man who has pushed to get them some of their supposed land back? Its like giving a steak to a rabid dog, he may eat the steak and leave you alone, but when he is done eating its back to foaming at the mouth and biting everyone in site.

That can't be good. I am all for the PA getting more bullets if it will help them combat the missiles being launched at Israel, but missiles for the PA is simply not a good thing. With Syria and Iran teaming up and the PA aquiring more and better weapons it looks like we are closing in on another prophesy/sign being fulfilled.

Yes, it would nice if everything were fair and everyone were honest. This is not the case. I hate to burst anyones bubble but heres a little secret. The moon is not made of cheese, Clouds are not made of cotton and politicians lie through their teeth. I will not defend Bush but considering our options last election I still say we got the better end of the deal. Or would you rather have flag burning two faced jellyfish for president? Think about it. I'm sure there were people all around the world hoping that Bush would have lost regardless who we actually wound up with. I will continue to speak and vote my concience and trusting in God

I hear ya and I believe ya, but I doubt there are many here at Worthy that would do that. We all probably even have family members that would continue to by certain products knowing they were made in sweat shops or by pacticaly slave labor. I am hopefull we may begin to see more MADE IN CANADA or perhaps MADE IN MEXICO. I am personaly tired of the majority of our products and goods being from China. I don't care to see Wal-mart with a monopoly any more thaN I care to see China stockpile Russian or German made weapons. I can tell you that I am not going to loose any sleep about it. I have wasted too much time worrying about what other people do or don't do when there are so many things I could improve on. How does the saying go? "Tend to thine own house"? Which is another way of saying we should look to the plank in our own eye rather than the splinter that is in our brothers. I know I have a long way to go in this area.

Its inevitable. Anyhow, we are told that since we cannot lengthen our life by even a minute by worrying then what possible good could come from worry? We should trust in God and understand that its all according to his will.

Some of you actually think they should NOT be monitoring suspected terrorists? Whats wrong with this picture? I guess since a few agencies/officials are going to abuse their athority we should just leave suspected terrorists to their own volition? Perhaps if we ignore gang or domestic violence they will just go away on their own. I understand that perhaps some agencies are likely taking liberties with the powers granted to them, but condemnation of the programs and their goals because of this abuse is "throwing out the baby with the bath water".

Amen to that! We are told that he will write (has written) his laws on our hearts and minds. Wolves in sheeps clothing indeed. Those who are his children would know homosexuality is wrong without having ever held a Bible.

Do you actually think that if we knew which brands did this we would actually buy or wear them? I know I wouldn't. What do you want to bet they would do better than you think they would? I personally would not be offended if I saw someone wearing them. I know some people would, but why? We may not agree with the choice they have made but ultimately it is their choice to make. The best thing we can do for them is pray. Pray that God will forgive their poor judgement and show them mercy for many of whom it would be better that they were not even born.

How can they call themselves "al-queda in Iraq" if they are in Lebanon? Sounds like more propaganda to me unless of course they are struggling to keep a possitive attitude. Since they are getting nowhere in Iraq they're deciding to attack a different target? Makes no sense to me.

I have to agree with the Ukrainian President. It sounds too much like economic blackmail. From $50 to $240 for 1000 cubic meters? That is simply outrageous and should draw the ire of the U.N. for such underhanded practices. Even after the breakup of the Soviet Union, Russia (Moscow) is still using "strong-arm" tactics to get what it wants.

Calling Ishmael illigitimate seems a bit harsh considering Sarah insisted Abraham take her handmaiden since Sarah herself was all but barren. Only through God's mercy was Sarah able to conceive Isaac. From the moment of Isaacs birth, Sarah shunned Ishmael and his mother untill Sarah could not stand it any longer end freed her handmaiden. Its an interesting story. Anyhow, I don't see where we should love the decendants of Ishmael any less than those of Isaac, at least not for those reasons. Mourn those that have rejected Jesus and those that accept the twisted teachings of Mohammed. Understand and take comfort that Jesus will not return untill all whose names are written in the "book of life" are saved.

I think I may have gotten a little off topic here. The opening statement almost seems redundant. Most jews, American or otherwise, are likely to understand what the Muslims (not Arabs) truely want, and its NOT to co-exist peacefully.

This guy is utterly clueless as is anyone who thinks Jeruselem will be relinquished to Muslims. Its shameless that muslims control even half of it, especially the temple mount. From the sounds of it, the Lebonese want to be free of Syrias influence. This guys sounds like another Syrian sponsored barker to me.

The whole idea is laughable, however we should again consider the hour and understand that there will be 3.5 years of an uneasy peace treaty. I know I don't have to tell any of you who will have to be on the scene for that to take place.

It really is a shame that so many people that call themselves Christians have any ill feelings towards the Jews or Israel for that matter. Many blame the jews for the death of Christ yet he said himself that he had the power to lay down his life as well as to take it up again. If someone has the power to prevent something yet allows it to happen then it is no longer the fault of the one who is allowed to do it. It perhaps is not as simple as that but you get the idea. Jesus offered himself as the perfect sacrifice for our sins and as such allowed himself to be crucified. One could hold all of mankind responsible for Christ's death but to what end? With exception to Adam, Eve and Jesus, the rest of mankind was born in sin, cursed as punishment for his willful disobedience.

This should serve to remind us that Jesus last name is not Christ. He is the Christ and should be refered to as such, but I tend to clinch my teeth when I hear Jesus Christ instead of Jesus THE Christ. Its kind of a sore spot with me. I don't mean to seem legalistic but thats how I feel. When folks say Jesus Christ, we know of whom they speak, but its simply poor use of our language that has caused this confusion. I have to admit I am surprised the man wasn't thrown out of the court house for even saying the name on "state" property. I understand that many Latino nations accept boys being named Jesus (hay-soose) but I doub't very much that any would allow such a name change that would even hint that the man was or even thought himself to be the Christ. In my own opinion I would say that this is Blasphemy and would encourage the courts to reconsider. It it almost insulting that any judge would allow this in light of all the controvercy concerning separation of state.

From what I have heard, Mohammed was raised or at least taught what the Jews believed. He borrowed the teachings he wanted and the rest of Islam is all about Mohammed. He chose Allah , the moon God of that time, as a trademark or logo for his religion. The Quran is full of scriptures that echo the sentiments and teachings of our Bible so as to appear legitimate. The Quran doesn't even qualify as a corrupt version of the Bible. Islam believes that any that resist conversion should be killed. Islam says you may have more than one wife at a time. As I said, the Quran borrows many scriptures from Judaism while the rest of the Quran came from the heart and mind of Mohammed, and so it contradicts itself alot. The God they pray to is not the God of Abraham so how then can you say our god is theirs?

Good for them. Thats what ALL terrorists deserve.

Perhaps he should be in the hands of majority Shia military? I think he would enjoy that more than the hotel room with bars he lives in. They need to put shock collars on the defendants so they will stop interupting the witness testimonies. Let him sleep a couple nights in a refrigerator. This trial will, no doubt, go on for years at this rate.

WRONG WRONG Supporting evidence is not undeniable proof. Hundreds of civilizations believed there was a "supernatural creator" and there is archeological evidence to support that. Should we then consider their tesimonies as evidence enough to stop denying his existance? Why do they call it a theory again? Irrelivent, he is still ONE man and does not, nor should he be allowed to speek for ALL Americans. Arguments on cases like this should be heard by a jury. Only trivial and frivilous cases like misdemeanors should be tried by a lone judge. Also his opinion and should not be accepted as fact simply because it sounds likely or that you agree with him. I am not necessarily a proponant of inteligent design but evolution (darwin's theory) is not fact regardless how much supporting evidence. Let your all powerfull court judge declare that evolution is fact and that will still not make it so. Evolution should not be taught as fact to our students as long as it is agreed , by the scientific community, that it is not proven. If the scientific community has such massive amounts of evidence to support evolutions' claim then let the scientific cummunity stop calling it a theory. Untill then, let that which is not proven be excluded from manditory science classes along with that which cannot be proven.
