  1. Candidate Acebopata, I like this in general. But what about widows or divorced women who have been raising children or home keeping and haven't been in the workforce to qualify? The RUDS initiative would be very difficult to police. How will you conduct screening? I am currently working on a way for widows to qualify, however, there will be those who would try to unfairly gain those benefits, so the requirements are mainly all that needs to be worked out. It's no secrete that some Hollywood weddings only last a few days, and there has been cases in the past to where a person has married a person in the past and then tried to murder or divorce that person for government benefits. (I don't think that will be a problem, but I feel that everything needs to be covered, so...) As for the R.U.D.S. enforcement, it will consist of two phases. The first phase is a passive screening, using DUI's and DWI's as a determining factor. This will be done via a point factor. If a person scores more than a two, then he or she will not be able to apply. Each DUI and DWI starts out as one point, but over four or five years, each one loses it's point value by half. Here's an example of how the point system would work. Say there's a person who has four DWI's in three months. That person now has four points on his or her record. Say that person enters rehab and stays sober for 4 years. Now that person has two points. But then that person goes to a party and gets another DWI/DUI. Now He or She has three points on his/Her Record. But if that person stays sober for another four years, then he or she will only have 1.5 points on her record. And four more years later, she is age 55, and applies for social security benefits. If he or she has not had another DUI/DWI, than that person would have .75 points on his/her record, thus meaning that he or she could have the benefits. The secound screening method is also very simple. In each court house there is a security guard. Everyone who enters is given a Breathalyzer and general screening for weapons. If a person test positive, then he or she is taken to a back room and is tested for R.U.D.S. substances. If these test show the reading was caused by a prescription or other Non-R.U.D.S. substance, then the person being tested is allowed back into the court room. If the person does have a R.U.D.S. substances, then He or She is taken to the nearest police station for processing.
  2. I'd first like to thank you all for commenting, and I'd like to say a few things. 1. The U.S. Constitution is a brilliant document and a highly respectable one. I love and enjoy the freedoms it provides, and I an no way want the U.S. to replace it with a Pharrocracy. 2. The U.S, Constitution provides many freedoms to her citizens, and when followed, provides a well balanced form of government. 3. Additionally, The Pharrocracy type of government is for new nations to chose to adopt if they and their citizens desire to, it is not for changing a current government. 4. The Pharrocracy is not designed to change America, but rather to provide a alternative form of government should anything bad happen to America and the citizens of an emergency or separate government believe the constitution would not suit them as is. 5. There is substantial discrepancy in the power of the United States, mostly with the 14 trillion debt, the amount pay to senators and congressmen, as well as the cost of elections. 6. The U.S. Constitution and the Pharrocacy governments are ideally the same, but the Pharrocacy constitution places more limits on spending. 7. If the united states economy does fail, the united states will either collapse, or will require a bail-out, which could lead to several things, including A. Massive rioting and increases in gang membership B. Overcrowding in prisons and Detention centers, causing the government to perform questionable actions, including prison camps, execution of criminals, some committing only moderate crimes that would not normally merit a death penalty. C. If the U.S. requires a bailout and the nations who bail out the U.S. have beefs with certain groups of people, they may force the U.S. to perform unfair and grievous actions on these people, which could include imprisoning them to executing them. 8. There has been an increase in limiting religious freedom in America. 9. There have been more than 40 millions abortions in America. Each baby that was aborted would be someone who contributed to society, some publishing books, some inventing life saving devices and drugs, some leading nation, and so on. 10. Additionally, each one of those who where aborted would increase the income of the U.S. from taxes, as many would rise to be hard-working and model citizens. 11. Many American Public schools require people to learn questionable theories, such as the Big Bang theory, the theory of Evolution, and many other theories. 12. In addition, American public schools have stated discussions of the bible are not allow, yet they allow teachings form many other belief systems to be discussed, sometimes even encouraging participation in these functions. The Reason why I work on the Pharrocracy form of government is because a nation may need or desired to utilize this government as their government. However, The United States needs to stick to her own Constitution. And while the United States is a strong nation, People need to remember the Roman Empire, How strong she was, and how she collapsed. The U.S. is not immune to collapse, and people need to remember that no one mortal nation or person is invincible. Now , There's something I'd like to get off my chest, In my original post, I stated the U.S, was a democracy. It is in fact a Republic with a democratic election process. I promise to correct this mistake as soon as possible, probably by 7:00 am tomorrow. I'd also like to apologize to anyone I offended form this post.
  3. AS we know, governments are very important in our lives. And as we've seen in the united states, Government is full of corruption, almost to the point of collapse. For some time, I've been working on the government form of a Pharrocrocy, which is similar but different to a Democracy. And while the actual constitution is still under construction, many of the important details of a Pharrocracy has been worked out. First, While the united states has three branches of government, a Pharrocracy has five. These include the White guard, The Charadant, The house of materials, The courts of justice, and the Rulet of regulations. The White Guard consist of the Phairro, The white guard, and the Top five officers of the military. Their job is to fund the military, Dictate war strategies, and Conduct treaties. The Phairro Is very similar to the U.S. President, but has a longer term. While the U.S. presidents have a term of four years, A Phairro has a term of ten years, with a Mid-term re-vote. A Phairro automatically is impeached and can-not run again if he or she is voted out during the Re-vote, however, it must be a 65% or greater margin for this to happen. Additionally, If a Phairro wins an election, and loses his or her reelection for a secound term, then He or She may not run again, however, He or She may run for a secound term later if he or she desires not to run for re-election right after his or her first term. A Phairro can not run for more than two terms. Additionally, A Phairro may not run for more than three times unsuccessfully. The White guards are the Phairros and the top officers Body guards. The other four houses are basically senate, each containing anywhere between 3 and 30 senators each. These are representatives voted by the people, and they vote on the various political issues of the day, form minimum wage, to health-care coverage, to government and business regulations. However, for any action to occur, at least three of these houses must accept the bill, in addition if a forth senate detest an action enough, and that action may impact the citizens, than that senate may apeal to the Phiarro to allow a national vote. The phiarro will then have the local courts hold action votes, of which people may vote. Two different votes are taken, one is called a ROPAS Vote, which means Reject Or Pass As Is Vote. Pretty much, if more people desire this kind of vote, then the bill is rejected or passed biased of the opinion of the people, however, the vote must be a margin of 55% or greater to be valid on any decision. However, in addition with an ROPAS vote, there is a Suggest and Vote vote, also known as SV votes. These votes do not decide on weather a bill actually passes, but it is simply a suggestion that people place for the senators to vote on. If more than 45% of the people vote for a SV motion, the senators must try to incorporate some of these ideas into their measure, which is then re-voted by the senates. However, while a house may yet again propose to the Priarro to send the action to be voted by the people again, no SV will be taken during this vote, and the bill passes or fails if more than 55% of the populations agrees or disagrees with the measure. On the issues of pay to senators, Senators always receive seven times minimum wage times forty hours each month. So if minimum wage is 1 dollar, each senator earns 280 dollars that month. If minimum wage is 5 dollars an hour, then each senator receives 1,400 dollars an hour. This prevents huge Government cost found in America's house and senate today. However, minimum wage can never exceed $20 an hour for government workers, and $40 for the private sector. Each senate is compromised of specialized people. The house of materials, for example, is comprised of minors, farmers, and manufacturers. The Charadent is comprised of those in charge of religious groups, such as Preachers, Rabbis, and such. The courts of justice comprises of lawyers, police officers, and Those involved in law. And finally, the Rulet of Regulations includes those in construction, Medical and fire fighter jobs, and mechanical workers. Civil Rights in a Pharrocracy: Civil rights in a Pharocracy are almost the exact same as in America. However, there are several differences, one being that Parents do not have a right to abort a child, even if the mother was raped. A victim of rape, however, may receive government assistance, surgery, and indefinite back-pay equivalent to 3-5X minim wage, provided the allegations are accurate, and where not planed or false. A victim may, however, request to refuse this back-pay, if she feels it un-honarble to accept, however, she may request it at any times up to thirty years of the settlement. In addition, Another difference is that a Public school may not pronounce any theory of origin or RPSH without declaring them a private school, or providing classes at that school that teaches alternative classes. In other words, if a school wants to teach Evolution, then they must either be a private school or provide classes for creation and other origin theories and beliefs. Social security in a Pharrocracy: Social Security does exist in a Pharrocracy, but it is restricted to either those over the years of 55 with a minimum of 25 years of work, or 60 with under 25 years of work, or with those who have injuries or disabilities that would disrupt them form working at a normal job. However, those who participated in R.U.D.S., or Recreation use of destructive substances, will not be entitled to social security benefits until they are the age of 55 or over. Among these substances includes drug abuse, smoking, and drinking. However, Children who where born to parents who used these substances are given the exception, unless they are fully able to decide to use substances. Most foods no not count as a .R.U.D.S. substance. This is how much of the pharrocracy's constitution is decided. Fell free to comment.
  4. My best bet if the US Economy collapses? Trust in the Lord, Jesus, As he is our savor, our shelter, our provider, and our comforter. However, if that does happen, then I grow the Hevaten borders, incorporating each neighbor by sharing survival tips, sorceress, and protection. Eventually, we'll have a nice quiet slice in the south ran by a responsible government. And yes, I do have some U.S. Gold Dollar coins, but that's just money. Having people to help you survive and protect you is enough for most people when they face such a Crisis.
  5. Personally, I've never been real big on Halloween, but considering the state the world is in, I'd be pretty uncomfortable letting my 6-15 year-old visit strangers for candy. Of coarse, I don't really have a child, nor a spouse for that matter, so what can I say?
  6. I respect Joel as a person, but I wouldn't want him as my pastor if he only discussed the "Fell good" concepts and never discussed the "hard-hitting, serious, and repetitive," concepts of the Bible.
  7. Look's like ole Obama is famous in China...too.
  8. I usually read the bible, watch videos on you tube, listen to preachers, and utilize common sense. However, my final authority is the Word of God in the Bible.
