  1. Kinda like Toronto? Never been to either, but "I've heard..."
  2. Bible2, Some judge the concept as "absurd" or "imaginative". Some say "aliens are angels". Even others have decided that if it's not in the Bible then it doesn't exist (then again, I'm not specifically mentioned in the Bible). Me, I have no idea one way or another. God is certainly capable in my opinion. As curiosity is often a double-edged sword, I try to focus that trait towards things that I CAN know, but don't.
  3. "Trust me". You made a fatal error there (with me). I trust someone else.
  4. 1st Samuel is a good read regarding this, at least it has been for me. Putting yourself in Saul's character really drove the point hone for me anyway. "Home" not hone. Hope it helps some.
  5. Only God can judge a nation or people(s). Can't we leave that up to him and do as instructed through His word and Spirit meanwhile? Our living example should compel us to do so, regardless of our differences.
  6. My goal? To be saved by grace and do the best I can to follow my Lord and savior in the meantime. As for whatever "nation" I live in, or the "piling up" of sins, I cannot speak for others. It saddens me that it is a reality, but I cannot answer for their sins. Only one could accomplish that.
  7. Butero "That is completely irrelevant." "This should clear the matter up." Thanks!
  8. As she believes she should as a follower of Christ? (by the way, thanks! )
  9. That doesn't really answer my question, but I suppose we are coming at this from two angles. 1. If God judges a nation (and all who live within it) on a majority basis, then we are all lost. 2. If God judges the individual heart, then it matters not where we live. Do you agree?
  10. Jeff, Are you suggesting Christ died for "some" sin, but not all? Is today's graph of sin bigger than God's grace?
  11. 12And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. So, Adam not only blames the woman, but also God? Sounds like a man eh?
