If you have understand if your a Gentile their are certain books in the Bible that speak to you a lot louder than other. Romans doctrinally is directed to Gentiles. You have to understand that whatever Bible you use represents the God you worship. If your Bible isn't infallible then your God isn't either. If the Bible is not absolute it's absolete. A almighty God that cant preserve his word 100% is NOT Almighty. If he's infallible then he would HAVE A perfect book the KJV. It's natural to feel abandoned by God but a TRUE Christian shouldn't go by emotions. Emotions are what fuels the works of the flesh found in Galatians. Emotional people their hearts get hardened which separates them from fellowship with God. GOD has good reason to make you feel alone sometimes . The most important one is to try your faith. I believe there are three ways God speaks to you. He won't speak to you at all if not saved. He speaks to you in your thoughts all of a sudden a thought pops into your head. How do you know it's God? You don't have to chose any denomination. If your saved your in Christ that's all that matters. I'm not part of one New Testament KJV no where says to go to a physical church building. It does have house churches all over though. So get a KJV get saved and take it from a 8 yrs devout Catholic who went to Catholic school for 8yrs. I was taught by Catholic priests and was considering being one. I ended up HATING God and the Bible. Why because all Bibles except the KJV are endorsed by the Catholic Church! I'm not married but I'm not mad at God and I don't ask God to send me a wife. In my prayers I simply ask him to give me all the gifts spiritual or physical to serve him better. For some Christian God wants him to marry some he doesn't. I would first make sure your saved and not in sin. The Lord answer's no prayer if your not. Second when you pray do you pray as if he already answer it? You better the Bible says to pray as if you already receive it. He won't answer you unless you truly believe he will do it. Last point I feel it's absolutely critical to marry a saved person for obvious reasons.

Welcome I'm glad you used the word legit. If you want to be a legit preacher you have to be saved. If you are already saved you are one. Legitimate preachers are those who live what they preach. How does one actually walk away from sin? You don't walk away because you can't. If your truly saved then you are dead to sin and you no longer serve it. You still have your sinful flesh though you can live in a cabin in the woods and still sin like the lost do. Unlike the lost when you do sin the Holy Ghost convicts you. The Holy Ghost agitates your conscience and continues to do so until you confess your sin. KJV Romans 6:18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

When reading the Bible if your not dispensational and not saved. You won't understand it. The natural man can't receive things of the Spirit. You must know when interpreting Scripture it's the Holy Ghost who teaches you what it means. So to conclude you maybe right but unborn babies and even small children are saved until they willingly Sin against God. Age of accountability. Their are only three ways one can achieve true spiritual Discernment. First make sure YOUR Saved! Examine yourself to see if YOUR TRULY in the faith. That's OK anger is not sin be ye angry but sin not. It's the result of that anger. Do you continue to smoke out of emotion(frustration) or do you trust in the Lord and focus that anger to bring your body to subjection. This can only be done with daily prayer and meditation in God's word

If your saved your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. Your body's sole purpose is to serve God. You can't do that when your in poor health.
