I'm puzzled? Why do folks...no insult intended at all here... sometimes start off an answer with 'the God that I know'. Aren't we posting about God as He is revealed in the Bible? Of course God can do anything He wants, but He sure does seem to want to do things a certain way. For example, the world spins on its axis going around the sun and does not fly off suddenly into some other orbit. The God that I know (sorry) seems to do things in a very exact way. Pretty sure He's OK with someone thinking it may or not be 1/3, even though He knows how many hairs are on our head I'm not sure what point is being made? moving along

I'm pretty sure there are a finite number of angels!

I've been where you were Pamelasv Ive been known to be quite reactionary even after praying an hour before that I won't be. Ouch. Sinking. For some reason that puts me in mind of 'sinking feeling', how you feel when your little raft springs a leak Probably time to get in the Jesus lifeboat when that happens lol! I'm really good at kicking myself around the block so I agree with everyone saying to keep our eyes on the Lord. I'm reading a book right now by Joyce Meyer, Battlefield of the Mind and of course she's spot on regarding where our struggles really are...between the ears

I've actually been thinking along those lines myself somewhat. People will tell you that a person is treated the way they let others treat them and I guess that can be so. Seems scripture tells us to think of others as better than ourself...I don't know about you, but certain people I might think of? Well that's gonna make me bristle For me, I like to be 'heard'. You know? As in please listen..ask questions and don't cut me off I would like to be 'seen' as in who I actually am and not who someone thinks I might be I guess respect might be giving to another what we would like ourself?
