Anything other than wine is a sin. If you get drunk off of wine its a sin. Jesus told me this through water fasting.

God will talk to you if you show him obedience by going to church, reading bible, fast, repenting, praying from the heart,turn from sinning, and serving others. Man has wondered for ages if god exists. Jesus will reveal himself to you if you open your heart to him. Jesus, is showing everyone this in the picture below.

Also there maybe things going on in your personal life that open up door ways for demons to come in. Example, I had a un repented desire to lust. I got attack one night in my sleep by a succubus demon because I had a open door. Also if your sinning and not repenting you can open up doors for demons to attack your life, health, or household. These attacks can show up as arguments, depression, anxiety, sadness, temptation, bad thought, ect. This is not taught in church.

You need to read the book of psalms. The book of psalms is for spiritual warfare. If you have depression, anxiety, or temptations to sin, it is a spiritual attack by the devil. What you need to do is pray to god first and tell him to take away your depression or what ever your ailment is , next you will read a psalm on deliverance from the wicked, there are many in the book of psalms. You can read one or as many as you would like.I was hooked on antidepressants and Ambien for 10 years. When I became born again Jesus revealed this to me through fasting and prayer. Now I'm 100% drug free and sleep great. If you find that your still under attack or your symptoms are getting worse read. I wasn't saved for 33 years of my life when I drank. Even though I went to church and still believed. But once I stopped and quit with my other sins, is when I became born again. I even got the nail marks on my feet when I became born again. And they haven't gone away. Jesus told me many things that I was doing wrong.

You may think you are a Christian being a alcoholic. But remember Jesus tells you in John 3 "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of god unless they are born again". To become born again you must turn from your sinful nature "STOP" and repent, so that the grace from god will come upon you to become born of the spirit. Now if you are born again and become a alcoholic, you will backslide into your sinful lifestyle and could loose the grace that god put upon you. Basically your name will be removed from the book of life. Jesus tells you that any liquor except wine is sinful and getting drunk is a sin.
