  1. I know he never stopped being God, but by those verses he didn't become God's son until then, other wise the devil wouldn't have tempted him, and Jesus was tempted.
  2. I don't understand these verses then do you, their speaking of Jesus, and your right he was God before he came to earth, it explains it in John chapter 1 verse 1 and 14.
  3. Romans chapter 1 verse 3 regarding his Son, who as to his earthly life was a descendant of David, Hebrews chapter 1 verse 5,6 For to which of the angels did God ever say, "You are my Son; today I have become your Father"? Or again, "I will be his Father, and he will be my Son"? And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says, "Let all God's angels worship him." If your a human your only born of God through love, I don't know if Jesus had to love before he was born of God, but God is love. 1 John chapter 4 verse 7 Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Am I not making sense?
  4. But later in the bible the same topic comes up. Nehemiah chapter 13 23 Moreover, in those days I saw men of Judah who had marriedu women from Ashdod, Ammon and Moab.v 24 Half of their children spoke the language of Ashdod or the language of one of the other peoples, and did not know how to speak the languagew of Judah. 25 I rebuked them and called curses down on them. I beat some of the men and pulled out their hair. I made them take an oathx in God’s name and said: “You are not to give your daughters in marriage to their sons, nor are you to take their daughters in marriage for your sons or for yourselves.y 26 Was it not because of marriages like these that Solomon king of Israel sinned? Among the many nations there was no king like him.z He was loved by his God,a and God made him king over all Israel, but even he was led into sin by foreign women.b 27 Must we hear now that you too are doing all this terrible wickedness and are being unfaithful to our God by marryingc foreign women?”
  5. 1 Samuel chapter 19 verse 11 Saul sent men to David's house to watch it and to kill him in the morning. But Michal, David's wife, warned him, "If you don't run for your life tonight, tomorrow you'll be killed." 1 Samuel chapter 19 verse 13 Then Michal took an idol and laid it on the bed, covering it with a garment and putting some goats' hair at the head. I don't think their could be an idol in David's house without him knowing it, it just seems God lets a lot slide with some people. I know we're under grace, could David been under grace then, and know it.
  6. James chapter 4 verse 12 There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you--who are you to judge your neighbor?

  8. I believe you can be selfish, and not be saved. 1 Peter chapter 4 verse 8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. James chapter 2 verse 13 because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment.
  9. What if a person is witnessing, but it's not true. James chapter 3 verse 1,2 3 Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. 2 We all stumble in many ways. Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check.
  10. Is this what you want. Hebrews chapter 13 verse 8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
  11. I don't know if Sarah had to have faith, but I believe they always had sex, look at Genesis chapter 25 verse 1 Abraham had taken another wife, whose name was Keturah.
  12. The bible says many things, look at these verses. Romans chapter 11 verse 32 For God has bound everyone over to disobedience so that he may have mercy on them all. 1 Peter chapter 4 verse 8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. James chapter 2 verse 13 because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment. I would study the bible and try to follow it, and try not to hurt anyone even yourself, I've read the bible or listened to it 2 or 3 hundred times, and it seems to me no one else has, from what I hear people saying.
  13. Philippians chapter 3 verse 9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ--the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. Romans chapter 3 verse 20 Therefore no one will be declared righteous in God's sight by the works of the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of our sin. Does this help?
  14. As it says in Hosea chapter 6 verse 6 I desire mercy not sacrifice acknowledgement of God rather than burnt offerings. And here in Matthew chapter 25 verse 31 The Sheep and the Goats 31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. 34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ 37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ 40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ 41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’ 44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ 45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ 46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”
  15. Here's a verse, says there's just one shepherd. John 10:16, NIV: "I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd."
  16. 1 John chapter 1 verse 18 18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and[a] is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known. Why Jesus refers to himself as the son of man, could be that he was born from humans, as Jesus anyway, but I don't think the bible tells why he calls himself the son of man.
