  1. Hebrews chapter 7 verses 11,12 If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood for on the basis of it the law was given to the people why was there still need for another priest to come one in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron? For when there is a change of the priesthood, there must also be a change of the law. 1 John chapter 4 verse 18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
  2. James chapter 4 verse 11 Brothers and sisters, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against a brother or sister or judges them speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it. So are you willfully sinning here, or is it you haven't read the bible enough? Like I said when I had read the bible 30 or 40 times I condemned gays to, now I've read it over 200 times how about you?
  3. Gays sin, I sin, you sin everyone sins, not everyone loves. Matthew chapter 25 verses 31-46 When the Son of Man comes" in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his throne in heavenly glory. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. he will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. Then the King will say to those on his right, Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. then the righteous will answer him, Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and got visit you? The King will reply, I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me. Then he will say to those on his left, Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.They also will answer, Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you? He will reply, I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me. Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.
  4. Then why do you still sin? Romans chapter 3 verse 20 Therefore no one will be declared righteous in God's sight by the works of the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of our sin. 1 Peter chapter 4 verse 8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
  5. That passage began with sharing, do you think God wants you to share and at the same time take advantage of someone. Look at these verses. Romans chapter 9 verses 30-Romans chapter 10 verse 4 What then shall we say? That the Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, have obtained it, a righteousness that is by faith; but Israel, who pursued a law of righteousness, has not attained it. Why not? Because they pursued it not by faith but as if it were by works. They stumbled over the stumbling stone. As it is written: See, I lay in Zion a stone that causes men to stumble and a rock that makes them fall, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame. Brothers my heart's desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved. For I can testify about them that they are Zealous for God, but their zeal is not based on knowledge. Since they did not know the righteousness that comes from God and sought to establish their own they did not submit to God's righteousness, Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.
  6. But you sin, how about those who are Christians who smoke, they don't resist every smoke they have, they can't. Matthew chapter 21 32 For John came to you to show you the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes did. And even after you saw this, you did not repent and believe him. Luke chapter 3 7 John said to the crowds coming out to be baptized by him, “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath? 8 Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. And do not begin to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham. 9 The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.” 10 “What should we do then?” the crowd asked. 11 John answered, “Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, and anyone who has food should do the same.”
  7. Philippians chapter 3 verse 9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ--the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. Galatians chapter 4 21 Tell me, you who want to be under the law, are you not aware of what the law says? 22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and the other by the free woman. 23 His son by the slave woman was born according to the flesh, but his son by the free woman was born as the result of a divine promise. 24 These things are being taken figuratively: The women represent two covenants. One covenant is from Mount Sinai and bears children who are to be slaves: This is Hagar. 25 Now Hagar stands for Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present city of Jerusalem, because she is in slavery with her children. 26 But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother. 27 For it is written: “Be glad, barren woman, you who never bore a child; shout for joy and cry aloud, you who were never in labor; because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband.”[e] 28 Now you, brothers and sisters, like Isaac, are children of promise. 29 At that time the son born according to the flesh persecuted the son born by the power of the Spirit. It is the same now. 30 But what does Scripture say? “Get rid of the slave woman and her son, for the slave woman’s son will never share in the inheritance with the free woman’s son.”[f] 31 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we are not children of the slave woman, but of the free woman.
  8. So why do you sin? John chapter 8 verse 31,32 To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." Galatians chapter 5 verse 1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Galatians chapter 3 verse 23 Before the coming of this faith, we were held in custody under the law, locked up until the faith that was to come would be revealed.
  9. 1 Timothy chapter 1 verse 7 They want to be teachers of the law, but they do not know what they are talking about or what they so confidently affirm. Matthew chapter 5 verse 20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven. Philippians chapter 3 verse 9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ--the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. Do you understand this?
  10. I don't give to Christian charity's no one over sees them to see if their trustworth, give.org checks on non Christian charity's, I give to people who ask me, I don't have a lot I can give, I'm on welfare, and have studied the the bible 36 years, I would be a pastor, but theirs to many people with false teaching, and their believed. When I had read the bible about 30 or 40 times I felt right at home in church, I remember a pastor did a sermon against gay people, I almost applauded, but now that I've read the bible over 200 times I know he was in the wrong. And I agree with you we should give and not be selfish, but I don't have enough to give to charity's. 1 Peter chapter 4 verse 10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. I can't share much of my knowledge of the bible with people they won't accept it, unless you agree with what they've heard in church, and I don't agree with much of it. But I do use my skill with a harmonica playing hymns on the street, I don't try to get money, if I was greedy I could join a band, or move to a tourist area and play hymns and support myself, and give a lot more, but I like where I'm at. Isaiah chapter 57 verse 17 I was enraged by their sinful greed; I punished them, and hid my face in anger, yet they kept on in their willful ways. 2 Corinthians chapter 8 verse 12 For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have. Sorry I didn't answer sooner, I was visiting relatives.
  11. As a farmer you don't have to plant until you crop comes up, and you don't have to try to be rich. Isaiah chapter 45 verse 19 I have not spoken in secret, from somewhere in a land of darkness; I have not said to Jacob's descendants, 'Seek me in vain.' I, the LORD, speak the truth; I declare what is right. Have you forgotten this. john1, give thanks! Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Roger Babson, a famous statistician was having lunch with the President of Argentina, "Mr. Babson," the President said, "I have been wondering why it is that South America, with all its natural advantages, mines of iron, copper, coal and silver, rivers and great waterfalls is so far behind North America?" Babson replied, "Well, Mr. President, what do you think is the reason?" He answered, "..South America was founded by the Spanish who came in search of gold. North America was founded by the Pilgrims who went there in search of God." john1, if we live a life of seeking gold -- the blessings of God but not God Himself -- we end up losing both. The Pilgrims, who gave us the wonderful holiday of Thanksgiving, came in search of God. It is because of this that America has reaped blessing upon blessing. We need to examine ourselves and be careful that we are seeking God in all things, putting Him first and giving thanks to Him always. Seek first the kingdom of God and He will surely provide from His riches in glory. Your family in the Lord with much agape love, George, Baht Rivka, Elianna & Obadiah Baltimore, MD
  12. The bible says a lot of things, and it says everyone inherits an empty way of life from their for fathers, Jesus was a carpenter because of his earthly father Joseph, he didn't have in vestments. Matthew chapter 4 verse 4 Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'"
  13. I agree with some of what you have said. Proverbs chapter 3 verse 5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
  14. Luke chapter 10 38 As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him. 39 She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said. 40 But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!” 41 “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, 42 but few things are needed—or indeed only one.[f] Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”
  15. 1 Peter chapter 4 verse 10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. Should that be when you retire, or once your a Christian. Romans chapter 1 verse 28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.
  16. Matthew chapter 4 verse 4 Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'"
  17. What I'm saying is most people I see are more worried about money than God. Ecclesiastes chapter 5 verse 10 Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless.
  18. Numbers chapter 14 verse 30 Not one of you will enter the land I swore with uplifted hand to make your home, except Caleb son of Jephunneh and Joshua son of Nun. Judges chapter 2 verse 7 The people served the LORD throughout the lifetime of Joshua and of the elders who outlived him and who had seen all the great things the LORD had done for Israel. Acts chapter 1 verse 15 In those days Peter stood up among the believers (a group numbering about a hundred and twenty) Acts chapter 4 verse 34 that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales Philippians chapter 4 verse 4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
  19. No one knows that's just how, estates were divided then.
  20. Glad I don't have that, thinking it's a bible.
  21. Here's what the NIV says. Record my misery; list my tears on your scroll -- are they not in your record?
  22. I believe Jacob got a double portion, since Esau sold his rights as the oldest son to Jacob, so I think Jacob got 2/3 and Esau got 1/3.

  24. Let me show you some things it takes a few verses. Let me show you the mistake most people make with the law. Since they did not know the righteousness that comes from God and sought to establish their own the did not submit to God's righteousness, Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes. Galatians chapter 5 verse 6 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love. James chapter 2 verse 13 because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment. I hope this helps.
