  1. NO way hosé First Paul is writing of spiritual dynamics working against the true gospel, not of secular future world powers operating in world politics. Second, the U.S.A. is hardly a restrainer against political wickedness as the U.S.A. is as morally corrupt as the rest of the world.
  2. People are choosing - many refuse to be vaccinated and many choose to be vaccinated. But people should not expect to take up ICU places in hospital when they come down with a preventable disease through vaccinations.
  3. And what is wrong with that requirement? Sensible personal health strategy get vaccinated against a deadly disease. Also Christians are to obey the laws of the government and not be rebellious. Vaccinations and medicines and doctors are not a salvation issue.
  4. Luke 8:27 And when he was come forth upon the land, a certain man out of the city met him, who had demons; and for a long time he had worn no clothes, and abode not in any house, but in the tombs. 28 And seeing Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beseech thee, torment me not. Mark 1:32 And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all the ailing and the demoniacs. 33 And all the city was gathered together at the door. 34 And he healed many ailing with diverse sicknesses, and cast out many demons; and he suffered not the demons to speak, because they knew him to be Christ. Luke 4:41 And demons also came out from many, crying out, and saying [that] Thou art the Son of God. And rebuking them, he suffered them not to speak, because they knew he was the Christ. Luke 8:30 And Jesus asked him, What is thy name? And he said, Legion; because many demons were entered into him. 31 And they were entreating him that he would not command them to depart into the abyss. 32 Now a herd of many swine was there, feeding on the mountain: and they entreated him that he would permit them to enter into those. And he permitted them. Matthew 8:28 And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gadarenes, two demoniacs met him, coming forth out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no one could pass by that way. 29 And lo, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the season? James 2:19 THOU believest that God is one; thou doest well: the demons also believe, and shudder.
  5. Luke 1:26 Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, Nazareth by name, 27 unto a virgin betrothed to a man Joseph by name of David’s house; and the name of the virgin was Mariam. 28 And he came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou grace-endued, the Lord is with thee. 29 But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this might be. 30 And the angel said to her, Fear not, Mariam: for thou hast found grace with God. 31 And lo, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bear a Son, and shalt call his name JESUS. 32 HE shall be great, and shall be called Son of the Most High: and the Lord God shall give him the throne of his father David: 33 and he shall reign over the house of Jacob unto the ages; and of his kingdom shall be no end. Here in scriptures Jesus is referred to correctly as the Son of the MOST HIGH God, not just as a son of God or as a god. His uniqueness as being of God the most High - the God of gods - is established.
  6. Mark 5:2 And when he was come out of the boat, straightway there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, 6 And seeing Jesus from afar, he ran and worshipped him; 7 and crying out with a loud voice, saith, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I adjure thee by God, torment me not. 8 For he said to him, Come forth, unclean spirit, out of the man. 9 And he asked him, What is thy name? And he saith to him, My name is Legion; for we are many. verse 7 - why did the demons refer to Jesus as the Son of the Most High God and not just as the Son of God?? Job 38:7 when the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy? If other spirit and angelic beings are referred to as sons of God then it makes doctrinal sense that Jesus on Earth is not just any son of God, but the son of the most high God. And given that all throughout the gospels and Acts there are numerous descriptions of casting out demons and unclean spirits then it is obvious that Earth is populated by a lot more "elohim" beings than just Jesus and a few angels referred to in scripture. Acts 19:13 But certain also of the strolling Jews, exorcists, undertook to name over those having the evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, I adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth. 14 And seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, a chief priest, were doing this. 15 And the evil spirit answered and said to them, Jesus I acknowledge, and Paul I know; but who are YE?
  7. Thus you have revealed what John prophesied - "Children, it is the last hour; and just as you have heard that the antichrist is coming" - here is prophecy concerning what would emerge in opposition to the true gospel: the church of Rome and the Papacy.
  8. 'ĕlôhı̂ym Elohim, singular Eloah, (Hebrew: God), the God of Israel in the Old Testament. A plural of majesty, the term Elohim—though sometimes used for other deities, such as the Moabite god Chemosh, the Sidonian goddess Astarte, and also for other majestic beings such as angels, kings, judges (the Old Testament shofeṭim), and the Messiah—is usually employed in the Old Testament for the one and only God of Israel, whose personal name was revealed to Moses as YHWH, or Yahweh (q.v.). When referring to Yahweh, elohim very often is accompanied by the article ha-, to mean, in combination, “the God,” and sometimes with a further identification Elohim ḥayyim, meaning “the living God.”
  9. Well are you unhappy that the KJV translators were influenced by Michael Heiser? Psalm 82:1 A Psalm of Asaph. God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. [H430] 2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah. 3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy. 4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked. 5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. 6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. 7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. 8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations. [KJV] H430 - 'ĕlôhı̂ym el-o-heem' Plural of H433; gods in the ordinary sense; but specifically used (in the plural thus, especially with the article) of the supreme God; occasionally applied by way of deference to magistrates; and sometimes as a superlative: - angels, X exceeding, God (gods) (-dess, -ly), X (very) great, judges, X mighty. Total KJV occurrences: 2601
  10. Rev 17:9 This calls for a mind with wisdom: the seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman is seated; Rev 17:18 And the woman that you saw is the great city that has dominion over the kings of the earth.” Rome is the city that sits on seven hills (all named).
  11. THE JUDGEMENT OF BABYLON - Isaiah 13:1-22 13:6 Wail, for the day of the LORD is near; as destruction from the Almighty it will come! 13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD comes, cruel, with wrath and fierce anger, to make the land a desolation and to destroy its sinners from it. 13:10 For the stars of the heavens and their constellations will not give their light; the sun will be dark at its rising, and the moon will not shed its light. 13:11 I will punish the world for its evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; I will put an end to the pomp of the arrogant, and lay low the pompous pride of the ruthless. THE FALL OF BABYLON - Revelation 18: 18:2 And he called out with a mighty voice, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place for demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable beast. 18:3 For all nations have drunk the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality, and the kings of the earth have committed immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have grown rich from the power of her luxurious living.” 18:4 Then I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins, lest you share in her plagues; Rev 18:5 for her sins are heaped high as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. 18:8 For this reason her plagues will come in a single day, death and mourning and famine, and she will be burned up with fire; for mighty is the Lord God who has judged her.” 18:9 And the kings of the earth, who committed sexual immorality and lived in luxury with her, will weep and wail over her when they see the smoke of her burning. 18:10 They will stand far off, in fear of her torment, and say, “Alas! Alas! You great city, you mighty city, Babylon! For in a single hour your judgment has come.” 18:11 And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn for her, since no one buys their cargo anymore, 18:17 For in a single hour all this wealth has been laid waste.” And all shipmasters and seafaring men, sailors and all whose trade is on the sea, stood far off 18:18 and cried out as they saw the smoke of her burning, “What city was like the great city?” Rev 18:21 Then a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying, “So will Babylon the great city be thrown down with violence, and will be found no more; 18:23 and the light of a lamp will shine in you no more, and the voice of bridegroom and bride will be heard in you no more, for your merchants were the great ones of the earth, and all nations were deceived by your sorcery. Rev 18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints, and of all who have been slain on earth.”
  12. Not in scripture. He is the beast and Babylon.
  13. 2John 1:9 Everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. 10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting, 11 for whoever greets him takes part in his wicked works. This is what John is warning the saints about - false disciples preaching another gospel, not some superpowered person of the future - the rise of false gospels that deny Acts 2:38 and Mark 16:15-20.
  14. All these references to antichrist are in John's later epistles and are NOT in Revelation. John is writing to protect the common salvation once delivered to the saints from all manner of heresies - some of which are written of with warnings by Paul, Peter, Jude. 2Timothy 2:17 And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; 18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. Gnosticism, from the Greek gnōstikos (one who has gnōsis, or “secret knowledge”), was an important movement in the early Christian centuries—especially the 2nd—that offered an alternative to emerging orthodox Christian teaching. Gnostics taught that the world was created by a demiurge or satanic power—which they often associated with the God of the Old Testament—and that there is total opposition between this world and God. Redemption was viewed as liberation from the chaos of a creation derived from either incompetent or malevolent powers, a world in which the elect are alien prisoners. The method of salvation was to discover the kingdom of God within one’s elect soul and to learn how to pass the hostile powers barring the soul’s ascent to bliss. The Gnostics held a Docetist Christology, in which Jesus only appeared to assume the flesh. Although not assuming material form according to the Gnostics, Jesus nonetheless was the redeemer sent by God to reveal his special gnōsis. St. Irenaeus and other Christian theologians dismissed Gnosticism as pretentious but dangerous nonsense. from 'Early Heretical Movements' in the Britannica website
  15. We know that the satan was in the garden of Eden because scripture directly informs us of this - not through speculation and guesswork ... Ezekiel 28:11-19 - You were in Eden, the garden of God ... You were an anointed guardian cherub ... You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created, till unrighteousness was found in you. Isaiah 14:3-23 - “How you are fallen from heaven, O Day Star, son of Dawn! How you are cut down to the ground, you who laid the nations low ... You said in your heart ... I will make myself like the Most High ... But you are brought down to Sheol, to the far reaches of the pit. NOTE the reference to the king of Babylon - Babylon is the main reference used in Revelation not anti-Christ.
  16. Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
  17. Red herring. You are avoiding the issue that there is no anti-Christ in Revelation.
  18. The Greek is available in over 5,000 manuscripts and pretty well in the original contains the same words. The difference is the denominational and doctrinal biases or lack of by translators in choosing words in English or German or Korean to express the meaning of the original Greek. Why did the KJV translators use wind over spirit when the original Greek is obviously referring to the spirit and not to moving air?? Because the KJV translators [broken up into groups doing separate sections] had no doctrinal insight into the references in Acts where believers would be born from above by the power of the Holy Spirit and speak in new tongues [hear his voice].
  19. Why not? Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. [KJV] Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness 23 gentleness, self control; against such there is no law. [NENT] Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. [ESV] Is there a problem??
  20. You need to actually read Michael Heiser for in his book "The Unseen Realm" he makes no such claim. The sons of God in scripture and in Biblical scholarship refers to angelic or spiritual beings. The references to "gods" is when spiritual beings promote themselves as beings worthy of worship [Baal, Ashtoreth, Jupiter, Diana] - Michael Heiser explains that although there are many "gods" interacting with humans there is only ONE Elohim who is supreme and who actually created these other spiritual beings. The story of Adam to Israel to Moses and the prophets is the story of the one true God [and yet two persons] coming to defeat the rebellion and spiritual wickedness of these fallen angels that have caused so much grief to God's creation and to us. Psalm 8:4 what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him? 5 Yet you have made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honour. (LSV) You make him a little lower than the gods, || And surround him with glory and majesty.
  21. John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. 8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. [KJV] even the Roman Catholics give a better translation of the Greek John 3:7 Wonder not that I said to thee: You must be born again. 8 The Spirit breatheth where he will and thou hearest his voice: but thou knowest not whence he cometh and whither he goeth. So is every one that is born of the Spirit. [DRB] But Ivan Panin correctly gives the best translation of the Greek - what these verses truly mean for us: John 3:7 Marvel not that I said to thee, Ye must be born from above. Joh 3:8 The Spirit breatheth where he willeth, and thou hearest his voice, but knowest not whence he cometh, and whither he goeth: so is every one born of the Spirit. [NENT]
  22. What gives the right to scholars and translators is the availability of numerous more manuscripts held in many libraries (along with the Dead Sea Scrolls) that were not available to the KJV translators in the 16th century. The KJV is full of errors - mostly minor, but there are some wrong verses in there; 1John 5:6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth. 7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. 8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. [KJV] 1John 5:6 This is he that came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and with the blood. 7 And it is the Spirit that witnesseth, because the Spirit is the truth. 8 Because the witnessing ones are three: the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and the three agree in one. [NENT] and Deuteronomy 32:8 When the most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel. 9 For the LORD'S portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance. [KJV] Deuteronomy 32:8 When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance, when he divided mankind, he fixed the borders of the peoples according to the number of the sons of God. 9 But the LORD's portion is his people, Jacob his allotted heritage. [ESV]
  23. so why did you become an atheist?? What happened to you??
  24. Revelation 13:11 Then I saw another beast rising out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb and it spoke like a dragon. 12 It exercises all the authority of the first beast in its presence, and makes the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose mortal wound was healed. As an ex Roman Catholic and having come out of her by the truth of the full gospel of salvation I can read directly what the above verses allude to: verse 11 is a good description of the Popes - ministers of righteousness but inwardly a dragon; and verse 12 is about the fall and rise of Rome whose mortal wound was healed: the destruction of the old imperial Rome and Empire and her restoration through the Bishop of Rome to become the seat of a new world power - the holy Roman Catholic Church (now worldwide). Why a beast? Because a beast kills and devours its prey - and the RCC has slaughtered and burned millions of "heretics" and women over the centuries. Rev 13:7 Also it was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them. And authority was given it over every tribe and people and language and nation, Rev 17:5 And on her forehead was written a name of mystery: “Babylon the great, mother of prostitutes and of earth's abominations.” 6 And I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. When I saw her, I marvelled greatly.
  25. BUT scripture does not use the word "The Anti-Christ" nor even "anti-Christ" in Revelation so you are guessing and putting your speculation into scripture.
