John 15:5 (NASB20) “I am the vine, you are the branches; the one who remains in Me, and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This expression of remaining in Christ is not directing one to anything outwardly, for no physical location can get one closer to, or further away from Christ…. Therefore, if this is true, these words would be addressed to something inwardly, that being, the inner man’s relationship with Christ….. For these words, ‘remains in me and I in Him’ are meant to be an encouragement to the believing one, for all that is required is for the believing one to remain a believing one…. These words do not mean that the believing soul sometimes has Christ, and sometimes does not have Christ depending on their actions…. There is something that is effected by one’s actions though, that would be one’s sensibility of the life of Christ in them….. For the sensibility of the life of Christ remains sensible by the faith of one’s heart, for when one’s faith does not remain, the sensibility of the life of Christ does not remain…. Which sensibility can be brought back by one turning back to Christ by faith…. For this is what this ‘remaining’ is that Christ is addressing, it is encouraging one to remain in the faith, that is to stay trusting in God… So that the believing soul can and will produce fruit, and once again to increase in that trusting to produce even more fruit…. For God’s hands are tied by one’s unbelief, for if one does not succumb to unbelief but remains with the trust of their heart towards God, God is free to work in that one’s life….. For God does want to grow His life in the believing one, but needs the believing one to remain in the faith, that is, to keep on trusting, that He is God, and that He is good, and that He loves His creation, and that His love is pointed personally toward that one, that He is at work, and has birthed and will grow His life in the believing one’s life…. So if all this is true, what is this that this trusting in God is to manifest…? It is righteousness…. For in the manifestation of righteousness is the realness of God manifested outwardly to all…. For this is what turns another to Christ, the righteousness of faith manifested outwardly towards another… Be that other in the faith or not, for if the truth of Christ is manifested, the opportunity for growth or salvation is presented to the other…. This is why remaining in the faith produces much fruit, because the fruit comes from God Himself, the believing soul has no part in the production of the fruit but to remain a believing soul…. For God will do all, if the soul remains a believing soul… Henceforth the command of our Lord to remain in Him so the believing one will produce much fruit, and in that fruit show forth the truth of God, for in doing one’s part in the growing of Gods family is the abundance of one’s reward….. Is it even Possible to live the Christian Life?
Not me replied to Vine Abider's topic in General Discussion
Hello, Paul did…. Once it is discovered why Paul was accused of preaching a gospel of ‘let us do evil that good may come’, the simplicity of the gospel of Christ is seen… Then; Joy unspeakable and full of glory, free of trouble, no, but one is as free as any dead man could possibly be… Be blessed in that freedom, a fellow believer, Not me -

I would agree, I’m a old guy and I am stunned at what I see going on around me, as the scripture you mentioned, good for evil, evil for good, like the terminology ‘woke’ describing people who are asleep and blind, the opposite of what is true…. Be blessed in your relationship with our Lord…. Keep looking up… Not me -

Sad to say, I think you are on point, as the days progress I feel the dark will get darker, but then too, the light will show forth itself brighter…. So to that brighter may we all see in that brighter light…. Be blessed in Him, a fellow believer, Not me -
Hi and blessings, may God so continue to bless your relationship with Him.. As I’m sure you know, scripture says the ‘fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom’… It is this fear, this wisdom, and the knowing that nobody gets away with anything that is so lacking in society today… I think this statement, this truth, carries with it, a depth worth its weight in gold….. Blessed in that depth and the value of it… A fellow follower, Not me

Galatians 4:19 (NASB20) My children, with whom I am again in labor until Christ is formed in you-- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Paul is writing to Christian’s here, those that are indeed saved and in possession of the new birth, yet still there is something more that he puts forth, this being, the forming of Christ in one… Or in other words, the maturing of one in one’s walk before God… Therefore there is a time frame between one becoming born again and the maturing of that birth… Paul says in another place ‘by now you ought to be teachers but you still haven’t learned the elementary principles’…. Therefore the knowing and the learning of what these foundational teachings are, are that which grows one from childhood to maturity….. These elementary teaching, are the foundational principles, meaning they are truths that need to be learned by experience… These two foundational principles that are put forth ‘repentance from dead works and faith towards God’, if these are not learned first, all that follows will be a work of self….. For knowing what these first two principles are, would be the first step toward the maturing process… ‘repentance from dead works’ Dead works being all that one’s natural abilities can do, whether they be deemed religious or secular, all the works that any unregenerate soul can do, is of self, of the old creation, for the doing matters not, only who’s doing the doing…. For self can put on a religious cloak, it can read scripture, it can learn scripture, talk of scripture, make a great show of it’s scriptural prowess, but if the reading, learning, talking, showing, does not come through the second principle, the first principle has yet to be learned… For denying of oneself, reckoning oneself dead, is the all of the first principle, if this step is not taken and learned as a living reality in life, all that is built, in time will be found to be unable to stand before that which will come against it…. For only the foundation that is built upon the two principles are able to move one from depending on oneself to a trust in God that can and will stand out against all that will be thrown at it… For until this dying to all one has, is learned by experience, one’s faith in God will be a sometimes thing, real and true, up to the point it fails… If it fails is proof enough the first principle needs to be learned in a deeper and more real way, that being, as the living reality of life…. Oh to the learning of the two foundational principles by experience; principle one, turning from self, principle two, turning to God, for these two principles will do all for one that one could ever hope or dream to the forming of Christ in one, and in all those that would be so willing to learn the elemental teachings, then the doctrine and instructions of the Christian life can be learned after the foundation is laid, to the joy and glory of living in the new life…. To the all of Him and the nothing of us, Not me

Philippians 3:9 (NASB20) and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith, ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This righteousness that one needs to be found having, for it being, the very life of Christ itself…. For this is the free gift of God to mankind, Christ’s righteous life being brought to life in one, this is the life that must be manifested in one if one would be of the mind to get an abundant welcome…. For the manifesting of which comes not through one’s own effort, but by one recognizing one’s absolute need of it and the absolute impossibility of manifesting this life on one’s own…. For in the recognizing of one’s need, births the needed faith, and then the faith is the conduit to the life itself… For it is this free gift of the life of Christ in one that does produce the necessary righteousness if one has the will to maintain one’s trusting in God, which manifests the truth of the statement; ‘a sick one seeing their need of a doctor’…. For when one sees what one truly is, that being, nothing but disorder on legs, then one runs to this free gift that is being held out to all, for it is held out to all, but one seeing one’s need of this free gift, illuminates the gift…. For to the one that sees their need, this running, this fighting, this working out of one’s own salvation before God becomes one’s very life, all things take a second place to it…. For it is a free gift…. For the one that sees that this free gift of the life that produces righteousness is to be expressed in all of the doings of life by recognizing the faith that is capable of producing it… For that one’s need will grow a faith that will settle for nothing less, because the need sees the doing of righteousness in all things is God’s will in all things, then it sees how all but this will is of the disorder…. For fighting the fight to keep on trusting is the working out one is called to…. To not shrink back into doubt and fear when one’s human reasonings are throwing a fit, for this is the time of the greatest growth if one will soldier on to reap the fruit of righteousness that is waiting for the trusting one, which fruit will be discovered to be the very joy of one’s life…. For the righteousness of God is open and offered to all, the one that accepts this offer, and to the degree this offer is accepted, oh happy day, for that one will most assuredly receive Christ’s life to the degree the gift is accepted…. Be blessed in the need that does the accepting, Not me

John 15:18 (NASB20) “If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Why will the world hate one…? That would be because God sent the law which is the knowledge of righteousness and truth through Moses…. Then in the course of time, God sent the ability to keep the law into this world through His Son… That would be the ability to do righteousness and truth came into this world through the free gift of His Son’s life poured out for all…. The ‘ability to do righteousness and truth’, this is a pretty tall statement to make, one must be able to prove such an awesome statement that would have such far reaching implications…. Scripture says ‘he that has died is free from sin’, this statement is the proof of the above statement, (for as Christian’s we believe scripture to be true), which truth Christ accomplished on the cross by taking all to death with Him…. For Christ did come to bring, that is to manifest righteousness and truth in real time in the believer’s life… Getting rid of all of the old creation is the only way to manifest righteousness and truth, this Christ did by taking all to death on the cross with Him…. This is why Paul was accused of preaching a Gospel of ‘let us do evil that good may come’ by some, because they could not comprehend what Paul was preaching when he said ‘those that have been joined with Christ in His death have been freed from sin’….. Because this truth is the crux of being set free from sin by faith, ‘he that has died is freed from sin’…. Believing into this truth is the work all Christian’s are called to believe, for it is the truth Christ brings to experience in the lives of all those that would so want to be freed from sin that they would gladly embrace their death with Christ by faith…. For scripture says ‘the just shall live by faith’…. If it is true one can not overcome one’s fallen nature by oneself, then if Christ did really and truly come to bring righteousness and truth, accessing this righteousness and truth would be the salvation offered, that then would be the free gift that is received through faith…. That is, to the one that would be willing to cling to, believe into, trust God in one’s heart of hearts the truth of the Gospel; that when Jesus died the believing soul died with Him that that one might walk in newness of life in the present…. This is why the world will hate the believing soul, because the believing soul will manifest righteousness and truth, for it is righteousness and truth the world hates… For it being to the degree one manifests righteousness and truth to that degree will one be hated by the world, for it is the new life that is that life that contrasts the evil that is in the world… Be blessed in being, a believing soul, Not me

How much are Christians to do to receive a Reward?
Not me replied to Vine Abider's topic in General Discussion
Hello, and blessings, I hold true that one will receive reward(s) according to the amount of Christ that has been formed in one… May He grow Himself in us the more…. A fellow follower, Not me -
2 Corinthians 12:9 (NASB20) And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ God’s grace, being the active power of God in one’s life…. The experiencing of the sufficiency of this power will only be experienced by the believer who accepts all in life as from the hand of God… Which it is, but will only be recognized by the believer who’s eye’s remain on God, not meddling with the will of self, but only looking to will the expression of righteousness in one’s realm of influence….. For God’s power in life is for the expression of righteousness, it has no other purpose then to express righteousness in the set of circumstances God has allowed or brought forth in one’s life… For what one has or has not is immaterial when it comes to grace, for grace being the active force in a believer’s life once the believer has ceased from their own works and accepts all as from the hand of God for the express purpose of expressing righteousness as a constant thing…. Then it is that the sufficiency of the grace of God is experienced as the active force in one’s life…. For faith accesses grace and grace works through faith, for being unmoored from righteousness was the fall, grace is once again being moored to righteousness as the living power in one’s life…. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus does set one free, accessing this law of life is the purpose of faith, that being, the very reason and purpose of one’s faith… For grace is all one needs in life, the faith that sees that God’s power is always active towards one is the heart who’s sufficiency will be founded on God’s sufficiency…. For being content in where God has placed one, is the beginning of one seeing God’s sufficiency of grace in one’s life, which is the entering into God’s rest by the faith that will so allow one, and then it is, that the weaker and the more one sees the need, the more the power of Christ will be perfected as the living power of that one’s life…. Be blessed in Him, Not me

John 14:23 (NASB20) Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will follow My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our dwelling with him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Scripture teaches that God’s indwelling is tied to one following His word… This can not be; “the more one is obedient, the more God dwells in one”, for if that was so, then man would be earning something of God, and salvation would not be a free gift…. Therefore then, if this is true, what then is meant by the term, ‘follow His word’..? It is the word of faith that is being addressed, the following of God’s word to believe… For man can not do, but man can will, and will, man can and must do, but what is this will that is so necessary to be willed…. ? It is the will to believe that when Jesus died He took all of the believing soul with Him to death, thereby freeing that soul to be born again in a new life…It is the will to believe this truth that is being addressed, the will to follow this word of faith…. For all things come through one’s believing, taking God at His word and wanting what He is offering, and that being, walking in a new life that sins not… For it being true, the more one believes, trusts, looks to, relies on God, the more of His indwelling, that being, the more of Christ living His life through one will one experience…. This is the coming to ‘make Our dwelling with him’, the believer that trusts the more, the more of Christ will that one know and experience….. For obedience, which is one being set free from sin, is a free gift from God to all those that would actually want this free gift…. But for one to receive this free gift one must actually and truly want it, one has to be willing to give up their life in exchange for it…. Not with lip service when it suits one, but truly seeing one’s very nature is that of a sinner and wanting to be freed from that sinful nature and then seeing that one’s only hope is from above…. For this is the word of faith one is to believe, for faith in Jesus living His life in and through one is not a sometimes faith, but a faith that is to be one’s very life… A always looking to God to manifest righteousness in one’s life, this is Christ living His life in and through, always the manifesting of righteousness… For the truth is; to the degree one believes in their death in Christ, to that degree will God be able to manifest His life through one… Be blessed in the believing and in the experiencing of the manifesting…. A fellow believer, Not me

Hi, my thoughts would be; Righteousness is that which is free from all disorder…. God’s judgment would be; God separating that which is good, from that which is evil, and than put each in its proper place… That is my understanding, may you be blessed in yours.. A fellow believer, Not me

Luke 1:38 (NASB20) And Mary said, “Behold, the Lord’s bond-servant; may it be done to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ One can be said to be living by faith when one’s faith sees that one can do no more towards the forming of Christ in oneself then Mary did towards the forming of Christ in her womb…. For Mary believed the word of God spoken to her, which believing allowed God to work through her womb’s natural ability to grow a life in her….. The same being true about the natural ability of the new birth to grow Christ’s life in one is unleashed by one’s faith and desire towards the growing of this new life…. This is why one can not manifest more of Christ then to the degree the new birth has come to life, for the new life can not grow faster then one’s faith will allow the new life to grow, which is the living out of the scripture ‘taking hold of that for which I was taken hold of for’…Therefore having the faith of Mary becomes the blueprint for growing the new life in one, for faith being a choice, choosing to have the faith of Mary and believing into one’s new birth in Christ is the will choosing to believe into the salvation that is offered in Christ… For faith, and a stedfast believing as Mary believed is the one thing the new life needs to grow itself in one’s inner most being…. It is refusing to maintain this believing with one’s will that is that that prevents one from experiencing the growing of this new life…. For the new life coming to birth manifests itself by the new birth itself overcoming all the works of one’s fallen nature…. For choosing to not believe is choosing to be one’s own god…. To choose to not believe is self saying it believes itself rather than God…. The reason being; self does not yet know itself, has not yet seen its utter inability to work the works of righteousness, it does not yet see it must die to itself to free itself from itself; therefore it’s need to die in the death of Christ…. It has not yet been brought to the place where it would willingly enter into death to be freed from sin…It chooses to hang onto it’s life therefore it must do such and such to the procuring of God’s salvation, not yet seeing that salvation is a free gift of a new life growing in one’s inner most being and just receiving this free gift of a new life is that which is required to experience the deliverance the heart aches for… For all else but a simple receiving by faith is self trying to establish a righteousness of its own…. All that is not like what Mary said when the Angel came to her and she said ‘may it be done to me according to your word’ is self doing it’s own works…. For the truth ‘it is no longer I that live but Christ that lives in me’ is the living out of the faith of the words Mary spoke… For actively believing in one’s death and resurrection with Christ is the faith that will see Christ being formed in one’s inner most being… Be blessed in that forming….
