  1. Sorry, I don't see the proof for the 69th week ending at the cross. The entire prophecy is assigned to Jesus and you are replacing Jesus with the A/C. That is why this is so important and dangerous. Prove that the 69th week ended at the cross - or have just accepted what "experts" have been telling you from the beginning without proofing it out for yourself? The "he" in that verse of Daniel (as well as the one later) is NOT in the original text. All of the context must be "proofed" within ALL Scriptures. You cannot do that unless you insert "your own interpretations" into various NT verses that can just as easily be referring to events in the first century (i.e. AoD). Have you looked at Isa 52&53? Do I have to post it for you? Revelation WAS indeed written around 90ad. And by the way, there is NO mention of the AoD in Revelation. Just saying. Rev. 1 says the prophecies are for what HAS happened, what IS happening, and what WILL happen and that they will "begin shortly" or quickly at appointed time - which is first century. Revelation is the ONLY prophetic book we have for the now almost 2000 year long Church Age. You are implying that God does NOT tell His people ahead of time what is going to happen to them. The "lamps" seen "in heaven" supposedly AFTER the rapture (Ch. 6) are ALL READY in heaven in chapter 1 - All of these things up to the first seal being loosed HAVE all ready happened in the first century. The letters are depictions of what IS happening at the end of the first century, and the first seal opening simply refers to the START of the Church Age after Jesus is resurrected and the Holy Spirit is released (not after the Church is resurrected). The lamps are symbolic of the "light" of truth (Gospel message) while the candlesticks are merely symbols of us (the 'bearers' of that light).
  2. The 2nd seal is Islam - killing each other and also killing Jews The 3rd is Catholicism - the scale is not referring to food for the body, but for the soul. This is false teachings. Also, notice the instruction is there to protect the "oil and the wine" (truth is not completely abolished). The 4th seal is Universalism/Unitarianism. The color itself is a mixture of different colors and so we get all the confusion of even determining what the actual color is. Any death mentioned in these is the death caused by the false teaching. The 5th seal only says that those "under the altar" are getting impatient. If these are from a very short tribulation, how can they be getting so impatient right away? It makes sense to say these have been waiting for almost 2000 years and can see the end is near (just like we do right now) and are saying "what are you waiting for?".
  3. And when did Jesus' body "die"? The body was dead when the spirit was removed. If you are IN Him, then the same holds true for all believers... I believe our spirit is removed before we actually experience the death of our body. In the case of the rapture, it is the same - our spirit is removed and our body dies. The physical pain associated with whatever is causing our death cannot be avoided (unless we are raptured while still living and in a state of somewhat good health with little or no pain to speak of). Maybe I am not getting what you are trying to say or imply?
  4. The first three chapters of Revelation are focused on Christians, and looking at history it is pretty easy to see how it reflects the "growth" of the Church as a whole. The first 5 letters go from the first century through to the present age. The 4th and 5th representing Catholicism and the "reformed" churches respectively. The 6th and 7th represent the raptured believers and those left behind. Now, the words "come up hither" are falsely interpreted by most to refer to the rapture. Those fond of doing word studies should compare this to being "snatched" away which is something far different, but that would not be convenient for their purpose. The context is merely a new or distinct vision being shown to John. This technique of writing is necessary when talking about various groups of people that overlap each other and have so many things happening to each of them often at the same time. That is why it is so confusing. But, even with all that, there still is quite a bit of time sequence integrity maintained. For example, the 7th seal gets "interrupted" by Chapter 7 (the marking of the 144K before the final 3.5 year tribulation can begin). That means God is telling us the 6th seal is associated with the rapture/start of the tribulation and the 7th seal occurs at some point before the 2nd coming. Yes, Chapter 4 has a throne being set up in heaven, 24 elders in white robes with crowns, 7 lamps (which are described as the "spirits of the churches" and all ready established in heaven back in Ch. 1), and 4 beasts (released with the first four seal openings) which are constantly praising Jesus (the one on the newly appointed throne). Oh yes, and notice how Jesus is ONLY given three honors at this time (glory, honor, and power). Another question to ask is what is this "thing" that is sealed? Go back to the 70 weeks prophecy and notice how there is a "sealing" associated with it and that all those here at least can agree that there is a time period that is hidden from the Jewish people and preventing the 70 weeks prophecy from being completed... right? Revelation is the ONLY prophecy book given to the Church concerning the Church Age and it is hidden from understanding by the Jews, but recognized by all that the Jews will have their blindness removed before the 2nd coming. It is logical to then assume these "seals" are a prophecy that deals with the Church Age. So, Jesus is resurrected and returns 'in glory' to heaven where a throne is set up for Him. When He rose from the grave, the saints of the OT (before the cross) ROSE WITH HIM. There is actually no real information in the Bible as to the identity of these 24 elders. Yes, they have crowns and robes which are the same things given to Christians, but just how are these things obtained. Crowns are given to the overcomers in the church of Smyrna which had to endure bad leadership and persecution to the point of martyrdom. Robes Are given to overcomers in Thyatira whom endured false teachings but were able to increase in works of charity, faith, service, and patience. All these things can be rightly assigned to the saints (elders) who overcame during the OT times before the cross. The lamps or lights are the spirits of the churches sitting on top of the 7 candlesticks (churches) as introduced back in chapter 1. As the "light-bearers", we Christians are/were seen represented in heaven at the very start of the Church Age as candlesticks, and so seeing all these now in chapter 4 also points to the beginning. The beasts have four faces: Lion, Man, Calf, Eagle and they did not rest day or night. Ezek 1 shows these same four beasts, but they are connected and cannot move independently, but now they are separated. All these things are a perfect picture of when Jesus FIRST goes to heaven (first century). Now, Chapter 5, God is holding a sealed scroll. A simple search for "right hand" in Scriptures reveals that wisdom, understanding and power are carried in the right hand. Sealing also denotes God's authority much like a covenant that cannot be changed or erased. Rev. 5:5-10 says Jesus HAS PREVAILED (when was this?) and has the authority to open the seals. Rev. 5:11 we see tens of thousands angels, the beasts, and the 24 elders. Notice NO Christians. Verse 12 says Jesus is now worthy to receive 1) Power, 2) Riches, 3) Wisdom, 4) Strength, 5) Honor, 6) Glory, & 7) Blessing. Verse 13 says Everything and everybody says (at this point on the time line) blessing, honor, power and glory be given to Jesus. Do you notice there are only 4 of the 7 listed? Why, because the rest come later (riches, wisdom, and strength). "Blessing" has now been added to the original three, but only comes AFTER He receives the sealed scroll from God.
  5. Maybe someone needs to ask you "what does it mean to you to be 'in Christ'?" And in relation to that, what does His death on the cross mean for us?
  6. Again, when does the 69th week end? SHOW YOUR WORK. You avoid the main debate by using a FALSE teaching of an unfulfilled 70th week, then using that to misinterpret the rest of prophecy. Your challenge is simple... prove the 69th week ends at the cross - then you can make all those assumptions about Rev. I have shown how the 69th week ends at the baptism and so far NO ONE Has shown how it contradicts the Bible or history. The A/C is restrained, but the seals have NOTHING to do with the A/C on my outline, so you have to prove your assumptions by FIRST showing the 69th week ends at the cross. Chapters 4 & 5 are a NEW/ SEPARATE vision taking us back to the START of the Church (the midpoint of the 69th week - the cross and resurrection). We see four (count them = 4) "beasts" in heaven around the throne and 4 beasts "released" in the first four seals. We see 7 lamps (representing the 7 churches) appearing after the "lightnings, thunderings, and voices" (representing a time when God is supernaturally interacting with events on earth. These beasts are also seen in Ezek 1:5-11 (time of the OT BEFORE the cross), but they are connected together. In the NT they are released to go in four different directions. This too is shown in Zech 6: 1-5. Chapter 5 tells us God is holding a "sealed scroll" (unrevealed prophecy) that no one can open. No one was found "worthy" to open the seals? But wait, Jesus has conquered - BUT WHEN DID JESUS CONQUER? Of course in the first century! And that is when these seals are opened. The Jews are still blinded and will remain so UNTIL the final seal is removed - just like it is portrayed in Daniel. Also, what is heard in association with this event... "blessing, honour, glory and power" is given to the one "sitting" on the throne. Notice there are only 4 things given. This will increase at different key points on the prophecy outline when even more "honors" are bestowed upon Jesus. What is added LATER are "riches, wisdom, and strength" (raptured Church, 1st resurrection, 2nd coming). The "bow" w/o arrows means making/offering peace. CORRECT! Arrows have Biblical references to judgment, but Psalms 7:8-12 tells us who is the one being given "a bent bow with no arrows". Psalms 7: (refers to Jesus) 8 The Lord shall judge the people: judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me. 9 Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins. 10 My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart. 11 God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. 12 If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready. Jesus came first to establish righteousness, and later, at His coming, He will bring a sword to judge. Also, a "CROWN" is given this rider... This too points to Jesus being given "glory and honor" as per Psalms 8:5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. 6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: 7 All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field; 8 The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas. And the conquering and going forth to conquer is also obviously attached to the majority of the NT and the 7 letters to Christians as a very Jesus thing. The words "overcome and conquer" are the exact same word in the original language. Finally, the "white" horse. I challenge you to find anything else in the Bible (of any significance) that is white and referring to something that is NOT holy or pure. Zech 9:10 "And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and he shall speak peace unto the heathen: and his dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river even to the ends of the earth." Who is cut-off and who is speaking peace to the heathen, and whose dominion shall encompass the whole earth? Jesus! No assumptions on any of this. Solid Biblical evidence that the white horse rider is Jesus/Holy Spirit going out into the world at the start of the Church Age.
  7. I see, you change what I said and in the meantime completely ignore what was said. NO where did I say the first seal is the 2nd coming. You are the one saying that. So you are arguing against yourself! The "appointed time" refers to the FIRST COMING and the start of the Church Age AND it happens in the first century.
  8. Show your work... you are dependent upon the 69th week ending at the cross. The numbers do NOT add up. Again, show how the 69th week ends at the cross, then you can make the assertions that you are.
  9. When a believer's body "dies", what happens to his/her soul? You are focused too much on the body. At the rapture, our old bodies will be dead - right? Even when a believer dies, do you not believe that he/she is immediately taken to heaven?
  10. No, the rapture has NOT happened yet (by 5th seal). Their souls are "under the altar" - these are all the martyrs from the entire Church Age still waiting for the rapture. The 6th seal & first trumpet is the rapture (wise virgins taken - foolish ones "left-behind"). The tribulation (3.5 years) period begins after the war in heaven sees Satan and his followers thrown down to earth from heaven to initiate the three woes (last three trumpets).
  11. Not convinced. Per your own analysis, it says... "fixed quickly" which sounds closer to shortly than it does "some future point when He arrives quickly". Sounds like you are adding a lot of extra stuff in there to fit your own theories. Scriptures often use the phrase "fixed" or "appointed time". And that makes sense here that the appointed time is being fulfilled. The point is NOT that I was saying Jesus returned in the first century ( If you actually read the post you will see that I NEVER said that)- I was saying that the Holy Spirit came into the world and the Church Age began in the first century. I also do NOT see any Bible version translated the way you are saying, even the NEWEST versions.
  12. No, but I was able to find it … here it is... https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=jerusalem+temple+rebuilding&&view=detail&mid=09890A1AE553C72F66D709890A1AE553C72F66D7&&FORM=VRDGAR
  13. Rev. 1:1 "the revelation of Jesus Christ... to show unto his servants things which MUST SHORTLY COME TO PASS." The book of Revelation is THE PROPHETIC BOOK for the ENTIRE Church Age, which began in the first century! Making Rev. 6 about the A/C means the Church Age is all ready over by that point. Thus rendering the rest of the book meaningless to the raptured Church. However, correctly seeing that this points to the entry of the HOLY SPIRIT (also coming out of heaven by the way) will make sense to anyone who actually looks closely at all the Biblical details surrounding this event. The first three chapters outline the "Church" as a unit and how it "evolves" and progresses from the first century all the way to the rapture and 2nd coming. However, now nearly 2000 years have passed with ONLY information regarding the Church and NOTHING about what is happening around the world?Remember, the Gospel is ALL ready "global" before the 'end-times' events begin to unfold. Where else do we see prophecy concerning the last 2000 years? Chapters 4 & 5 are a NEW/ SEPARATE vision taking us back to the START of the Church (the midpoint of the 69th week - the cross and resurrection). We see four (count them = 4) "beasts" in heaven around the throne and 4 beasts "released" in the first four seals. 14. Saw a cool video on this site about the new temple. Does any one have the link for that?
  15. HE says something will happen in late January, 2019..... well... nothing happened. Be careful, assuming a 7 year trib when it is really only 3.5 could led to some very wrong conclusions about the 2nd coming. Imagine the following scenario... the rapture happens and the A/C appears to die but miraculously lives. Then, for 5 months no one dies. The world will believe the A/C is Jesus (except for the 144K). Three and a half years later Jesus returns and claims to be the Messiah right after the 2 witnesses are finally killed. The Christian "experts" all taught about the rapture, and an ensuing 7 year tribulation before the 2nd coming AND that the Anti-Christ would come to Jerusalem at the midpoint and claim to be the Messiah. Can you understand why this topic is of utmost importance?
  16. A lot of verses here but it all relates to the topic (and the harlot in Revelation who "sits on many waters" = rules over many people) Rev. 17: 3 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: 5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth. 6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. 18: 3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. 7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. 11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: 12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, 13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. 14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all. 15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, 16 And saying, Alas, alas that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! 17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, 18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! 19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate. NOW COMPARE ALL THAT TO THE FOLLOWING.... Prov. 31: 6 Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts. 7 Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more. 8 Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. 9 Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy. 10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. 11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. 12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. 13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. 14 She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar. 15 She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens. 16 She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard. 17 She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms. 18 She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night. 19 She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff. 20 She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. 21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet. 22 She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple. 23 Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land. 24 She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant. 25 Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. 26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. 27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. 28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. 29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. 30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.
  17. Greetings, Have you ever thought that maybe the 5th seal happens right BEFORE the rapture? The entire Church Age has always and still is today seeing Christians being killed and persecuted for their faith in Jesus. Notice the door is SHUT at the rapture and NOT opened as many claim. This faulty assumption happens because of incorrect interpretation of the "seals" in Revelation. When they are viewed as the seals of the 70 weeks prophecy being removed throughout the Church Age, you should be able to uncover minute details throughout Revelation that prove this "theory". However, in a nutshell, the first seal is the START of the Church Age (the door to heaven is opened by Jesus), the second - Islam, third - Catholicism, 4th - 'mixed colors' or Confusion (universalism), 5th - the impatient martyrs, 6th - rapture, 7th - 2nd coming. When the seals are off Israel's blindness is removed and they will finally accept and welcome Jesus as the Messiah.
  18. Hi Joe, You are right about the assumptions being wrong. I agree that "part" of the Church will still be here during the tribulation. The ten virgins, slothful servant, "coins" and other parables in the same context illustrate a "partial" rapture. Although some are left behind, one question has to be were they "true" believers? The metaphors seem to pop up everywhere, (like the wheat and tares and wild olive branches being grafted into the vine), but always with a warning attached. Pre-trib logic (as well as pretty much all broadly accepted pre millennial outlines) fails because the false assumption of 7 remaining years cannot be accounted for without encountering major contradictions in the rest of Biblical prophecy. The end of the 69th week being the cross also cannot hold up to logic and reason when compared to both Biblical and historical evidence. Anyway, I know you disagree with me on this right now, but I hope you can examine the end of the 69th week closer and maybe even at least try to look at prophecy with the assumption being only 3.5 years remaining instead of 7. It can all be understood much more clearly and logically than ever before.
  19. You mentioned the word "human" as if it was something good. Probably not what you meant? But, I would think God wants to replace our "human" aspects with His own while Satan desires to remove any form of righteousness within us. It is our "human"ness that so often gets us into trouble. Remember when Israel's enemy wanted the prophet to curse the Jews, but he could not. But, he did tell them what to do so that God would curse them and punish them?
  20. Buying and selling are seen throughout prophecy as referring to the "truth". The great whore in Revelation is NOT a person it is a church (an ideology) which "sells" something which at one point no one wants to buy any longer. The ten virgins speak about "buying" oil. No, not a brotherhood, just rejection of obedience to righteousness. The proof is in the news everyday.
  21. Hi all, Coming in on this at a very late time, but believe the "mark" is NOT a physical one. There are a lot of pages here, but I don't see anything concerning what it actually means or is referring to? We know that it involves the hand and the forehead, but spiritually it means our actions (hands) and our mind/thoughts (forehead). Also, it is the number of man, or a man, and the number of (or by) his name. Notice that Scripture has chapters and verses (numbers) that are NOT FROM GOD but from men. Also many "books" of the Bible are the names of MEN and so we have a man's name, and numbers supplied by men in order to identify specific verses in Scripture. Now for the fun part... There is ONLY ONE Book of the Bible with a 66th verse of its 6th chapter.... John 6:66 "From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him." There you have the "Mark of the Beast" = A "believer" who refuses to walk in obedience to his 'master' and Lord.
  22. The final church (Laodicea) is the church of the "final" tribulation - the 'left-behind' believers. Remember, nothing good is said about them, while the raptured church (Philadelphia) has nothing bad said about it. Being "refined by fire" is a reference to the 3.5 year tribulation after the rapture often also referred to as something akin to a burning oven. Likewise the phrase "weeping and gnashing of teeth" ALWAYS refers to the 3.5 year tribulation.
  23. You said (all in red) "Once the Church is gone, God will again put His focus on Israel and deal with them. Temple sacrifices, ready to begin. The Levites, ready to serve. The red heifer, ready to be sacrificed ???" "Again you fail to see that the New Covenant is in Christ Blood shed for us. 1 Cor 11:25. Israel does not observe this ordnance, but the Church does." "We believe and it is accounted to us as righteousness, as in James 2:23; since the beginning of the Church age. When Israel believes, it also will be accounted to them as righteousness. At the onset of the Mill. After the final Week." I agree... a "believer" is what you have said! WHY WILL IT BE DIFFERENT FOR THE JEWS when they "start" believing? I say this because a believer will NOT need sacrifices or a new temple because we understand that Jesus is the temple AND that His death is the ONLY sacrifice God will accept. A new temple, continued sacrifices would be an abomination to God! Some may have the desire to do it and even have all the ordinances ready to go, but the Jewish people want no part of it. Faulty interpretations have led to the false teachings associated with the idea of Old Testament style temple worship and sacrifices during the Millennium. Even the idea of these things starting during the tribulation also cannot be substantiated and if they did they would also be an ABOMINATION to God. Then, we must ask, "why would Satan desire to put an end to something that God finds abominable"? If anything, Satan would try to keep it going just to "stick it to God and Jesus".
