I'm just going to put my heart out on a string here. I cannot fathom why this push, push, push, push, from everywhere and everyone to normalize sexual deviations. Is it to stop the procreation of humans? I know the elites (WEF) want to depopulate the planet. Is this their way to do it by turning people into a neutered humanoid impossible of procreating by anything other than artificial means? As Christians we all know that satan is behind all sin but these sexual perversions just keep getting worse. When it first came out of the closet it was LGB. Lesbian. Gay. Bisexual. Now the transexual's have their needed recognition letter in it. The queers needed their letter in it. The intersex people have their letter now. And the asexual has theirs. LGBTQIA. Are there more deviations I have missed? It was bad enough that we had adultery and fornication going on in the past, ruining lives, marriages, and families. Now we have teachers talking about their bedroom sex and sexual preferences to our little children in schools and yelling they have the right to do this. We have talking heads all over the airwaves telling everyone there is nothing abnormal about people having sex with whomever or whatever they chose. It's a personal thing. A personal choice. If it's so personal why are they all wanting it to be talked about, written about, spoken about, as if what is happening in their bedrooms is normal biological sex? I did like it all in the closet or behind the bedroom door, when it was considered personal. Sex used to be a personal topic. Sexual sin was hidden because of the guilt of the perpetrator. Now everyone knows what is going on in bedrooms of the deviant as they scream it from the rooftops so it sounds like something normal. It's not. The devil is laughing hysterically at the deception, lies, and especially the complacency of the church leaders regarding sexual sin. Heaven forbid a pastor should preach about the sin of premarital sex to the teenagers and young adults. Right now the Disney Corporation, which used to be family friendly, is tooting the horns of the LGBQRTYABCXYZ and all other letters identified with sex and sin as they fight for the right of public schools in Florida to teach and talk to 5 year olds in Kindergarten classes about lesbians (homosexual women), gays (homosexual men), bisexuals (sex with men and women), trans (wanna be men/wanna be women), and I have no idea who the others are or what they do in the bedroom. Can you hear the 5 year old asking these teachers, "What is a lesbian?" Does the teacher answer, "Lesbians are two women who love each other?" or "Lesbians are two women who have sex with each other?" Do they proceed to explain the act of sex to the 5 year old child that these women in love are doing to each other? I am sure they leave it with love because every one loves the word love. But all of this revolves around the act of sex and not the act of love.

Right? An inspiration to whom I wonder? The confused children being push by a parent/adult into being something or someone they are not? A minority group of people who want to justify their unnormal sexual attraction to members of their own gender (male & female) and the sexual sins they commit? A group of elites that want everything ungodly and unnatural to exist on planet earth so they can have control over all power and money? The only ones getting any real inspiration out of any of this are those who live in total darkness and are control by the dark one, satan. Fox keeps falling farther into the pits of hell.

I am mainly posting here just to clarify for myself regarding certain words used: (I have to find a definition/meaning as I am not a teacher, preacher, scholar, etc. only a student.) Wikipedia: Eschatology, from Greek "eschatos"; last, concerns, expectations of the end of the present age, or of history, or of the world itself. Miriam-Webster: : 1: a branch of theology concerned with the final events in the history of the world or of humankind; 2: a belief concerning death, the end of the world, or the ultimate destiny of humankind. If someone says "depending on your eschatology" that would that mean our own individual thoughts and our own individual, personal, final choice of determination, understanding, and our expectations of the end of the entire physical world, correct? Why would there be any contentious conversations about such a topic for which there are no final or correct answers to and so many questions? I understand the need and want to learn but I do not understand the need to argue or try to prove ones own personal point(s). (This would be the peacemaker trait in me asking why.) My eschatology is that my literal world will end the day I draw my last breath of air on this earth but it will not be the end of "THE" world. My eschatology is that this world, this earth, the one we are spinning with today, will come to an end at "THE" appointed time of I AM. I do love learning scripture and learning about people so thank you to all who have given their hearts here and allowed the Holy Spirit to guide them in their choice of words to and for others. Titus 3:8-9 This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men. But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

Earth is mentioned in Revelation Chapter 20. Rev 20:7- 9 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

One version is in opposition of the other so the Bible compilers had to do some deep digging and hopefully praying to resolve the conflict. They determined that other copies showed the first translation with the word NOT in the first part of the sentence. Some of the Worthy theologians must know about this conflict and could explain much better than I. I'm sorry for putting confusion into the mix here. Everyone who says translations are very different are talking truth. The Holy Spirit reveals everything to us if we ask then patiently watch and listen. I was thinking about this last night and thought about the story when King David was doing the counting, the census, and all of the misery that came with that decision. I'm wondering if counting people and coming up with numbers is something the Lord is not pleased with. It's like putting a limitation on Him and we know that is NOT possible.

I love coming into threads like these to learn more. Participating is another story as many of you are way out of my league speaking in theological terms. I can only witness and testify in my own particular, simple way though I know the word of God can be spoken in simple ways and still convey the same impact by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you all for posting in Worthy so that I can glean, learn, discern, and share back to others in the way the Lord has me working in the fields. Many blessings to you all!!

Hi DeighAnn - Great thread! Thank you for the question! Your verse reference here and the fact I recently studied it prompted me to add this little controversial tidbit. It shows how one small little word can make a big difference which is why we rely on the power and discernment of the Holy Spirit for personal interpretation of scripture. Did you know they found this scripture written differently in the Vaticanus and Sinaiticus? I just read about this last week. I believe the writer of that article (which I cannot find now) said the King James compilers used several other translations for comparison and used that version with the word "NOT" in the first part of the scripture which is what we read today. It's a big difference in the two. One reads: "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed" but the others reads, "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall all sleep, but we shall not all be changed"

Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls— Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. Habakkuk 3:17-18 NKJV

Those bad angels are doing a bang-up job today! Could it be that time is short?

Thank you Retro! I know the Neanderthals were humans created by God but I had never really thought about why they lived in caves until you spoke of Cain's descendants going underground. I have a curious mind. Seeking knowledge and wisdom has always been on my agenda. Many answers will not come until I stand before the Lord. So much to learn. So little time.

Bible Verses (taking turns posting a verse from a Bible book)
debrakay replied to angels4u's topic in Study Group
John 5:4 - For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had. I have been learning and studying the Bible for over 40 years now and today is the first time I heard that John 5:4 is no longer considered a valid scripture verse as of the 1900's. (I am so far behind ) It is still shown in the KJV and NKJV versions but not in of the rest of the newer translations. The corrected versions simply do not have a verse 4 but enter in a footnote. I wonder why none of my pastors and teachers ever bothered to comment on this verse removal or missing verse. Or did I miss that teaching? Yes, somehow I missed it for 40 years. From what scholars and theologians have determined, or as close as they can since none of them were there during the first actual transcription copying, the oldest known Greek transcripts of the Book of John do not have verse 4. They have determined that most likely some kind of page side note somehow got added in as verse 4. Verse 7 does speak of the bubbling pool and they do not dispute that. In praying about this I thought about the verse in Revelation that tells us nothing can be removed from the Bible but in rereading it it seems this scripture is talking about only the Book of Revelation. (my underlines) Revelation 22:19 (KJV) and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. Then there is the verse in Matthew 5 and Jesus speaking that not one jot or tittle will pass from the law. The Books of Moses, the first 5 books of the Bible are called the Law. Matthew 5:17-20 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. I have no idea why the Holy Spirit opened my eyes to this today but I figure if I did not know this then there may be others who also did not. These are the kinds of tidbits an atheist or unbeliever would use against belief in the Word of God. If I get asked now I will have an explanation for the missing verse in newer translations. (I hope this is the correct place for this post since it kind of has to do with Bible Study and there is another thread for just posting bible verses) -
Proverbs 16:24 (NIV) Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

I agree. After sifting though all of the extremely long posts and trying to glean something new all I did was come back to this: Ephesians 6:12 KJV For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. There was a lot of wrestling going on in some of these posts which only proved to me once again that everyone has their own opinions and their own thoughts and only God knows the full truth. For me, angels/messengers/seraphim/cherubim/heavenly beings/Et al, (good or bad) will always be something created by the Father which He has authority over when and how He chooses. Moving on to another thread........

I may not know much but this one thing I know for sure: Romans 8: 38-39 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I just found this month old thread today so please bear with me. I am only half way through all of the posts and some of them are very lengthy. When I got to this part I had to stop and ask (I know it's not an "angel" question so is off topic), Do you think there is an correlation with Hunter-Gatherers, Cavemen (cave people), Neandethals, etc. which for me have always been unexplained humans? If these people were the descendants of Cain/Qayin then this could explain the difference between their existence on earth and the existence of those humans who were more intelligent, settled, and seemingly more advanced. Thanks for sharing all of your thoughts.

California is working on a bill for killing newborn babies too. Oregon is the euthanasia state where you can pretty well kill anyone. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 - The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. Past empires that have sacrificed their children are gone and no longer exist. New empires that promote the sacrifice of children are also doomed. My only source of joy in any of this is the fact that the little children are saved and return to the arms of the Father. The mother's will have to answer for their sin of murder (thou shalt not kill) on judgement day if they have not confessed and repented at the foot of the cross of Jesus while on earth.

Just a couple of humble opinions from me. The rulers on earth these days will do whatever they possibly can to rule as they want and in any way they want. They will cast down whomever and whatever they feel is unworthy. These rulers are puppets of satan. Nothing should surprise us as these end times approach day by day. Matthew 6:34 (KJV) - Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. The other thing is that Father God is the author of the entire bible we read today. He knew exactly what all the world was and is and He knew and knows exactly how far the heavens stretch. We have people today who believe in a flat earth because some of mankind has gotten stuck on the God breathed words "the four corners of the earth". It matters not what each of the writers thought about each word they wrote but only that they wrote the word of God, the Creator of all of it. We can be silly people of God and banter back and forth about what this means or what this doesn't mean but the bottom line is that we preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost souls in our own personal world today. My in love.

Do you think you got your money's worth?

Thanks for this reminder George. We've all been had. Even if the world continues, and I personally hope not, 1,000 generations will never pay this off. -
Who is responsible for this waste of money?

Lately I watched a very good documentary about the Caesar's of the Roman Empire. Throughout their rule each of the Caesar's became more and more decadent and more and more evil. All of this finally led to the demise of the Roman Empire as the people where unable to support their opulent life style and the people rebelled. We have the same kind of empiric rulers on earth today and their demise will happen because the people will rise up and say NO MORE. Some day soon I hope. King Solomon, in this time of wisdom, said it all. Ecclesiastes 1:9 (ESV) - What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun. Then there was an end to the rule of Solomon when he became one of them. -
I'm always a little suspicious of a person who joins Worthy and the first thing they post is something that would be considered controversial and stated in a way that feels like it is an "in your face" post. I'm not saying this person intended it this way but that is the way this comes off to me. I have no other intention of responding to this post other than to say it seems very suspicious that a new account with only 2 posts would come to Worthy and start off with controversy.

Reaping and harvesting. Harvesting and reaping. I agree that it has been going on since the beginning. Without one, you do not have the other. Dead plants and their seeds grow a new plant over and over and over. Today, for me, it is all about the lost (dead) souls but I am starting to think a vegetable garden would be good with the price increases going on.

But this bill IS still on the table: UPDATE 3.9.2022: There is an identical bill being pushed by the Maryland House: H.B. 626. We will be submitting written testimony today on H.B. 626 and oral testimony at its hearing on Friday. The fate of H.B. 626 may directly impact whether S.B. 669 ever makes it to a committee hearing, which is why our testimony is so necessary.
