  1. I was in agreement until this part. I think the story of Eden and the fall has to be literal history. If it is symbolic then what in the world is it symbolic of? Not necessarily a play by play of population genetics, agreed because we don't know if there was wives waiting in the wings for Cain & Able.
  2. Oh, so no wonder they wanted to take over the hospital, it already had bunkers in place. I hadnt heard that part of it before.
  3. I think I seen a video about that. Hamas had taken over the Hospital and were storing weapons in lower levels and prolly even digging new tunnels because the bunker busters have been demolishing their underground facilities. So from what I can tell, Israel did take out the hospital, but they had intelligence that Hamas was hiding there. They are at war you know. And when a bad guy is against the Lord our God and goes to war with them...What do you expect? The entire state of Israel is a dangerous place to be right now because Hamas started a war with them by attacking them. And Israel has crack people in their military who will take the shot when the Hamas Goliath stands behind a hostage. If that sounds terrible to you, maybe Hamas shouldn't have attacked Israel? It was a dumb move I think.
  4. What'd I do, touch a nerve? If God's throne is not physical in our realm, I agree with that. So Revelation 7 is talking about the spiritual realm and heaven. But you were just saying that Revelation 7 does not mention Heaven! Now you say it does? Lots of people have seen God's throne. From what I can gather, most people who are taken up in spirit to the 3rd heaven, go to the throne room. Not all of them but a lot. Those people say they saw throne and floor and stuff and sometimes just Jesus and sometimes the Father. So yes, the only throne of God is in the spiritual realm and not in our physical realm. But we have been born again in spirit and, it is written that, we are the Temple now.../ So I have to suppose that the Throne of my Lord resides in my heart. It's where I go to speak to the Lord. He is the Friend that sticks closer than a Brother. so He is always with us in our hearts and will never leave us or forsake us. So it behooves us to cultivate a sensitive awareness of the presence of the Lord within ourselves. If he is the friend which sticks closer than a Brother then we dont go walking down the street and forget that He is with us, inside of us. That's the equivalent of ignoring our best friend that came with us. So you talk to Him all the time. As they say, pray unceasingly. It becomes 2nd nature after awhile.
  5. Personally, I wouldnt ever put a dime into the stock market. People get rich and people get poor in the stock market but it's like anything else, yes they do want your money. Maybe if I was an expert on the stock market but I am not, lol. The only thing that has consistently held it's value (and increased in value) is Gold. Buy some gold ingots and bury them in a coffee can somewhere. But it would be nice to have your money at hand, right? Anything could happen. Better get some silver too because if it comes to it...it's better to buy bread with silver than gold! The price of gold might vary a little bit here and there but it never goes down in value very much. Having your money at home assures you that your money is with the person that you trust 2nd best on earth. With the first trustworthy person that is most trustworthy on earth...and His name is not my name, it is is Jesus.
  6. Your post reminds me of a time the Lord said to me something. I had been praying for more discernment and He spoke right up and said, to practice discernment look for Me inside of other people. Now that kind of response made my pinball machine go tilt! The Lord isn't big on details at times, lol. But, over time I have it figured out I believe. Two things, we are to love God with all our strength heart and might and two, we are to love our Brothers as ourselves. Using Jesus as our example, we see that While He was on the cross He prayed forgive them Father...and I dunno if I have enough heart to love someone that much who just nailed me to a log with big nails! That sort of love is pure and we already know that the pure in heart shall see God. So it stands to reason that if we love God enough that we will love our neighbor as ourselves too we would be able to see the Lord, to see Jesus inside of other people! I'm not there yet, but I'm working on it. SO when we start obeying the Lord and actually pouring our love out to others we should be looking for Jesus in them! (Besides, I have heard 2 or 3 testimonies where people said that Jesus came to them in disguise!) But it isnt that, it's that we learn to love other people how He loves us! I prayed for that one time too, I prayed, Lord teach me to love others the same way that you love me...and I was sorry I prayed for that, I wasn't ready for what came. I knew nobody and within two days I had let the most obnoxious guy in the neighborhood into my house and befriended him...then I thought about what Jesus prayed for the ones who crucified Him. So I tried to love the man, my neighbor, and I failed miserably and booted him out of my house! I had asked for it! I wasn't ready for that level love yet, lol. So be careful what you pray for because you might get it.
  7. I disagree, Brother. Let's look closer at the text... Revelation 7:9-14 9 After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands. 10 And they were shouting with a great roar, “Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne and from the Lamb!” 11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living beings. And they fell before the throne with their faces to the ground and worshiped God. 12 They sang, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and strength belong to our God forever and ever! Amen.” 13 Then one of the twenty-four elders asked me, “Who are these who are clothed in white? Where did they come from?” 14 And I said to him, “Sir, you are the one who knows.” Then he said to me, “These are the ones who died in[a] the great tribulation. They have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb and made them white..../NLT It starts out in verse 7 where he is seeing a vision of Angels at the fore corners of the earth, so He's talking about the earth here. But in verse 9 it says, After this, meaning, the vision shifted to a different one at that time, where he saw a vision of a bunch of Angels around the throne, and a lot of people in white robes. Now don't we all know that, the Lord's throne is in Heaven, not on earth. (At least right now). So Revelation 7 does mention Heaven. Quite a bit around the throne actually.
  8. It's overcast in the sky today, it could be today!
  9. That's actually a pretty good question. Maybe God in His preparation to Create mankind as He wants them, he felt it necessary to have some suitable childbearing women already waiting for them to help start population growth with? Now at first glance, that's pretty far fetched because of all the unspoken things in the text. But we have to remember that as Genius as man is, man's Genius is foolishness to God. Besides, I don't know what all the Lord wrote in His plan book. All I have is His book to Us concerning salvation and finding Him again. Maybe the batch of Neanderthals that helped get it going were the dumb girls in the neighborhood but then Adam's line mixed with the Neanderthals had to improve that line. Then God knew when it was enough to let the Neanderthals die out and Adam's lineage dominated the earth. Why isnt it in scripture then?! (I hear you). Because it is a non-salvific issue. The extra women had to come from somewhere for all the men to have wives. He didn't write in scripture details about animals mating and stuff or plants pollinating each other, and there's no problem with that so I can assume that, I didn't have a need to know that so He didnt write that to me. Lol. Or that could be wrong because they lived a long time like, 8 or 900 years, right? So maybe some of the men had to wait a couple hundred years to get a Wife! (Tragedy!) Those guys first wives could have even been the ugliest girls in the neighborhood and they still loved them! Lol. But it was prolly no sweat for the men who had waited for 1 or 2 hundred years for a wife...Because they were not being Bombarded with sexual advertising like they do today!
  10. I thought about that but I also thought, these things must come to pass because of scripture? So I prayed instead for protection and mercy for those innocents there that would accidently die in their sins if they did not get help from the Lord during the war. I felt good about that prayer.
  11. War crimes? Do you know anything about the Non-Aggression Principle? Have you ever been attacked by one or more people? SO are you saying that Israel should not defend itself? Who attacked who first? Oh. I see. Hamas attacked Israel and so you want to call it war crimes when Israel responds with violence. Me and my pregnant wife was strong arm robbed one time. She was ready to pop pregnant, perhaps I should have defended her since they saw her flash some cash and she was the one in danger. I stopped them cold. They wasnt even smart enough to bring a knife to a gunfight, they saw a skinny guy with a pregnant girl with cash so they decided to try to rob us anyway just because there were two of them and they were both bigger than me. But, they didnt like facing a 45 and they never even got to sucker punch me. Was I wrong for bringing a 45 to a strong arm robbery? Using your logic I did those men wrong for raising the ante up so much so fast. They didnt want to strong arm rob anymore if I was going to (Gasp) have an ace up my sleeve. Geez man the men were prolly hungry and had kids all over town to feed! So I didnt shoot them. I didnt have to. I'm guessing that you've never been in the lilitary before either. Soldiers dont usually operate that way. When you threaten a soldier then they deliver to him death on full auto. Maybe you think the US Military should let the Houthis attack whoever they want to. Might hurt their feelings! You need to get over it. The world Miltary forces must fight or Israel will be wiped out and no one left, genocide. War crimes!
  12. That's the way I see it too. Be Fruitful and Multiply God told them. And everybody back then lived for a long time. So they could have waited 200 years easy before they started thinking about progeny. They prolly seen more women and, eventually thought it might be nice to have some kids. Nowadays people start having kids and chasing girls at 16-18 and many times even younger! But the reason that everyone thinks they cant live without a woman is because of the billions of dollars of advertising about sex. If you dont bombard them with sex since they are 5 years old, geez they might wait 200 years before they decide to get married! And that's our proof! It makes sense.
  13. I didnt replace joy with peace. They are different for sure. But peace is on the path to joy, is it not? Joy is never very far away from peace.
  14. Joy is not a lasting condition on earth. One can be in a state of joy a lot but you can lose your joy. John 16:22 22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you..../KJV Joy in your heart comes from having peace in your spirit. Psalm 29:11 11 The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace..../KJV Philippians 4:7 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.../KJV That's one way that the Lord speaks to me. If I have an issue or a problem that is troubling my spirit then I have no peace and no joy. And I give the issue to the Lord and He tells me the answer to it and if I get peace in my spirit I know it's right.
  15. The word believe or belief in the original language has a definite connotation of an action which accompanies your faith. James 1:22 22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves..../KJV many people have heard the word of God when they read their bible, but they dont apply it to their life through their actions. They think they are saved but if someone was serious then it would be readily apparent in their life. So they have deceived themselves and are not being led by the spirit. A real Christian will believe that every word of scripture is true and make their decisions for life with that in mind. Scripture says to read it every day. Scripture says, you don't need no doctor, the Lord will heal you. Scripture says do not commit fornication, so boot the girl out who is living with you because you are married. Scripture says don't steal, so stop it and be in obedience to God. Scripture says be led by the Spirit moment by moment every day, to abide in Him... I could go on forever almost, lol. Does any of that sound familiar? You can not live in willful sin and profess to be born again. Repent from those sins and stop it. For no other reason that you want your actions in the flesh to be in obedience to the Lord in everything the scripture teaches us to do. There's a lot more than 10 commandments let me tell you! But if you do these things and have faith (trust) your Lord then you would want to put it into action day by day in your life. But on the plus side is the fact that scripture says that the Lord rewards obedience both in this world and in the world to come. Those come in the form of blessings and miracles. When you draw near to the Lord in obedience He draws near to you. It's almost like, if someone goes to a job interview and did get hired. but then they didn't show up on their first day...are they even serious about serving there? But if someone else does show up for their first day and pays attention and works real hard to get a lot accomplished...the bosses go, Hmm he's going to work out nice for us, lets promote him...I did that one time, I got hired at a heat & air company for 7.? something like that and that was my first heat & air job so I didnt know anything! I figured, I am no lead man so I have to be an awesome helper to the lead tech. Pay attention to what he's doing, I'm watching him so I already know the tool he will ask for next...(!!) and after that first week, he must've spoke nice about me cuz the boss man pulled me aside and said, it's not $7, it will be $8 an hour because you did good. (Yay!) That's the difference between being a hearer of the word and a doer of the word. Be a doer! You have faith, so add some actions to it and you have belief, and that's when good things happen. Scripture says that when Jesus went back to Nazareth that He could not perform many miracles there, because of their unbelief. But they had faith I'm sure. But no actions, hey come heal her, nothing. Believe on the Lord Jesus and thou shalt be saved.
  16. It did something to her heart? I dunno exactly what but that's what was said. They prolly knew she would die before they jabbed her. So in my mind, they're lying about her heart most likely.
  17. I didn't get the jab either. Who needs a vaccine when there's Psalm 91? I took the Psalm 91 jab, lol. With daily boosters of, pray it again! I knew I wouldnt get it. I didnt. My friend who did take the jab was trying to do the right thing and died for it. I dont hardly trust the medical profession at all anymore. Be very skeptical what you allow them to do to you.
  18. I have one close friend that died a week after getting the vaccination. Not from covid, from the vaccine.
  19. I have one close friend that died a week after getting the vaccination. Not from covid, from the vaccine.
  20. That's right. And if we get raptured out tomorrow then our family or friends will need what preparations I have collected. And Bibles too! They wont sell them anymore and they likely to be illegal. I bought a case of 40 Bibles! The Lord will see they get into the right hands.
  21. From what I can tell in reading scripture, there is four levels of relationship with the Lord? 1. Servant. 2. Friend. 3. Son. 4. Bride. Servants are lowest on the rung and work for the Lord and serve Him. If you do good, you get promoted. Friends have certain privilege's in the owners home that the servants don't have. Sons and Daughters of the owner have the most privilege's over both friends and servants, but not as much as the Wife! The Bride is the closest to the owner and has the most benefits and privileges of anyone in the household. Now it's my belief that we can choose to be more than a servant, but a friend of the Lord. Abraham was called the friend of the Lord. But like scripture says, to more that is given, more will be required. Then you have the children of God Scripture says those who that are led by the Spirit of God are the son's of God. Ok. Then we get to Bride and I dont think that's our choice if we want to be the Bride. That makes sense that it would be up to Jesus who He will call His Bride. It was up to me. It was up to you. It's up to Him! Personally, I dont believe that the entire church is the Bride of Christ. And there's our reason to look to a pretrib rapture. (Scripture says it's imminent anyway) so if you was Jesus and came to pick up your Bride to go get married, would it make you feel good if she was looking out the window for you? Excited and with eager anticipation...or would you feel better if you rolled up to get her and she was sleeping a drunk off? Think you'd still marry that one? I know we dont have to look out the window but He will show up in the sky. The pretrib rapture camp is doing nothing wrong by looking for the Lord's rapture now, even if it is very early. So what? Better than thinkng the rapture is post trib and Jesus comes at a moment that we arent expecting Him...Just like it says in scripture!
  22. Scripture quotes from the book of Enoch, and if I remember right, it also quotes from Jubilees? I have the book of Enock and Jubilees on E-books. I also have the Gospel of Thomas, and that's real good. It's simply a collection of things that Jesus said. I like it.
  23. Are you sure that she's not the one with a mental health condition? Sounds like it. I'd look for a different church and then either things will be ok and you will know that Pastors wife was freaking out. But if the new church has a so called behavioral problem with your child then...you would know that there is a frustrated Pastors wife walking around, lol. Teach the young boy that, he is supposed to act in a reasonable manner when he is out somewhere and not at home. Was he acting up a lot? Is he high spirited? Maybe he had separation anxiety from being away from you? Keep him by your side and when he's about 7 or 8 you can teach hm what a "Karen" is. Changing churches will tell you where the problem lies.
  24. It says I am a Junior Member now. Does that mean I can now post pictures?
  25. As I was reading your post I kept getting these flash moments of my ex wife, lol. You've described her to a tee! But a wife who likes to yell all the time is at least predictable. I realized that, as loud as she yells and voices her discomforts along with the angry energy that comes along with it...gives us a clue into how much she really loves us. She still thinks the situation is something that she can fix if she gets her way. So however deep her anger goes has a flip side to it and indicates the depth of her love for you. The time to worry is when she stops talking to you beyond surface level conversation and becomes emotionally distant rather than engaged with you! Red Flags! Hide your money!
