Well, first of all, DO NOT starve yourself. Thats silly and harmful. Cutting down on soda is definatly a good idea. I don't drink it at all, ever (not for weight loss reasons, just general health). It has huge amounts of sugar and calories and it really isn't that hard to just stop. I find that a glass of cold water often tastes just as good, if not better than soda. (especially 5 minutes after you drink it and you don't have a gross aftertaste in your mouth). Eat lots of veggies, but try to be creative with them. Tomatoes taste infinitely better cut into wedges and sprinkled with some kind of herb (not sure what it is, my mom makes it). Cucumbers taste great with vinegar too. And eat slowly, I have been told it takes 10 minutes to realize that you are full and I find this to be roughly true in personal experiance. I tested it while working at A&W. I found that one hamburger made me perfectly full for the rest of my shift if I ate it, and then stopped eating. However, if I managed to eat two hamburgers in a short time, I could eat them both and still feel hungry after (followed by feeling stuffed and bloated shortly after). Does anyone have any tips on losing weight I'm 17 and weight 205, And I Love to dress up alot.. I try to Lose the caffeine But it kinda hard when sugar is what keeps you running all day Tips will be love thanks I Don't Eat as much as I use to,I have bein cutting down on Soda Input and drink "caffeine free" and water lately

Way back in april i had a few dogs died From posioning (we still can't locate this guy) well i had a bad panic attack so i only got what dad said.Animal control pick them up and had a complaint about having to kill 56 Dog that day .Which got me to wondering about the pounds systems around here. Adult dogs 7 days Puppies 56 days (Acorrding What i heard from my brother) Well i saw the channel 14 news by the Animal shelter ( no idea why) but I started to think about it and i asked my dad about this new foundation . he thinks it a great idea but there's a problem Kennels we are going to talk to mom about it but i think if we explain that dogs have short life in other kennels and they love it to stay alive what my idea is to get 20 dogs (thats alot of kibbles ) set them up on a concret slab out back ( and get a good fence up to let the dogs play) and dog houses and bowls buy LOTS OF TOYS of course we are going to keep our 3 dogs i would like ppl to post what they think of the idea I a born dog lover

Well your not the only one LL. This may sound funny but i felt alone for most my life .I had what i really can't call friends but they were nice to me .I had a lot of kid pick on me of the slightest detail, i got hurt and my stuff like my backpack ruined.I wanted to be out of that school so fast the BWI name of the school is Wilson Mills Elementary it a bad area to get in fights with i lost some but fighting never help me .i fact i am going back to school to not feel as bad ,See i live in the country and i got not that many kid who will play with anything.I pretty much stay out of there way so alls i got is my sister and brother and a Dog to play with .I feel alone most of my life so don't feel bad.I not sure id My dad want this on the internet but Feeling alone got me in the hospital for 7 days and several appointments with mental health clinic. I still think in the world you can be in better shape being by your self and depending on yourself i can't help it ,it the way i feel .I had thoughts of not stay on this earth that every day was a death trap i still think of it . others may not agree to this but it better alone than risk getting hurt but others. Sorry bout that to tell you the truth

It time to start Adopting dogs and cats Yesterday began Pet adoption Season and i got a Puppy Named SnowBall (Snow in other words) I saw about 7 Pet need to be adopted At my Animal shelter So People PLEASE START ADOPTING THEM INSTEAD OF DROPING THEM They were allowed to be brought in this world it our job to Start taking care of them Till they leave This world If you don't want Puppys Being born start Nutering or Spaying them Please adopt one to take care of .
