Do you know that Arab Muslims were slave owners? I saw a documentary about it. They owned more slaves than the USA ever did. Also, the documentary said the Arab Muslims would kill any babies born between them and a female slave to prevent a mixed birth.

My understanding is that the Palestinians (in history) have been offered a two-State solution more than once....but they wouldn't accept it. Also, currently when I watch videos of Palestinians and Israelis being interviewed, the Israelis want to compromise and want peace. But the Palestinians said they want all of the land and no peace if it means compromising with the Jews. One old Palestinian man started to say he would want to compromise...but then he stopped and said to the interviewer "Do you want to get me killed?"

Do you ever see Tousi TV on YouTube? It's hosted by an Iranian ancestry man living in the UK. And he tells about Tommy Robinson who is now in jail...not sure of the charges. Do you know? But Tommy Robinson was sounding the alarm about the Muslim grooming gangs in the UK. Tousi recently said the UK is passing a law that could affect YouTube channels like his....that if the UK deems something hurtful to others, you can get jail and I think fined. Tousi said even if someone isn't really hurt, you can still get those punishments.

That is true. Israel is just defending itself since Hamas wants the Jews wiped off of the earth. And the Palestinians cheered and celebrated as the coffins of Israeli hostages, including the Bibi children, were given back to the families....how horrible. And those Bibi children were strangled to death....that shows what kind of evil Hamas is.

As a young Christian I read Hudson Taylor's Spiritual Secret which I recommend. I read David Brainerd who worked with native Americans and Isobel Kuhn who worked with the Lisu Hill Tribe in North Thailand and China. In 1988 I was able to visit three different Hill Tribes in North Thailand on a tour which was informative.

The Israelis do drop leaflets, send text messages and phone calls to warn Palestinians of a coming attack in an area. What other people does this in time of war? The problem is with Hamas as they use citizens as human shields. Also, Palestinian (Muslim) children are taught from birth to hate and kill Jews. So in the minds of most Palestinians it seems they want to exterminate the Jews as the Hamas charter says. I listened to some videos of interviews with Palestinians and Jews about peace. The Jews all wanted peace and would compromise. The Palestinians interviewed said they wouldn't compromise...they wanted the Jews killed so Palestinians could have all of the land.

Yes, it's been nice and warm. I went down on the patio yesterday and today trying to get some light. So glad the early dark days are over for now until Fall. Eaglets enjoying themselves without being sat on.

As @ladypeartree mentioned you might also phone or visit his sister to see how she is or if she needs anything. Picking up a few items for her or running an errand for her sometimes is appreciated. I have a few nice neighbors who sometimes help me. When my 94 year old mother died last June, one neighbor in particular phoned me twice a week from the market to see if I needed any groceries. That was good company for me...when she recently had the flu, I didn't hear from her for a month and a half....found out those calls meant a lot to me.

I also agree things turned out the way they should have. Don't feel guilty. As Ayin Jade mentioned, you can show your respect and concern in other ways.
