Hello Giaour, A leadsheet is the song in print like when you open up a songbook and it has all the words and notes and things to the songs on it. If you would give me your permission I can get it in leadsheet form for you at no charge to you and you will have the rights. But if I do it this way, it will have to be done in the particular way in which I heard the song in my head so it may be different version of the song that was in your heart when you wrote it. I can't do it any other way unless you were to sing the song on a cassette tape the way it was when you were writing it but that is up to you but I can get what i have thus far in leadsheet form for you and mail it to you when it is finished if you so desire you will be tickled i'm sure as i was when i first heard and saw my first song in print. I will let you know when I have it ready give me about 3 to 4 weeks as I have to go out of town for about a week. Most of my stuff comes up in the country gospel field as i guess i'm just a country bumpkin you can't change what we are and what we are is how it comes out. Most of my stuff I will demo the songs and people in the churches around use them to sing from the soundtracks. This is a tremendous blessing to have this ability and a good way for your songs to bless others and be used. And if you can sing yourself you can sing your own songs in this way. Usually the demo tracks I do of my songs have these instruments in them but maybe not all of them at one time unless the song is complimented by them or made stronger =steel guitar, drums. violin, piano, guitar but all my stuff has a southern country gospel feel to them. No Giaour I am not jerking your chain you really did write a four verse song called "Words" and I played it out on my guitar with my own sound of course cause I couldn't hear the voice in which you wrote it in. I can't pick the notes to the melody within the song due to an operation affecting the nerves in my hand but played the rhythum using the chords in which I chose and they went good with it. If you do not believe me that is fine but you did write a song and those words can be put in leadsheet form for others to play and sing. I write songs myself and have them published so I know you have a song written now called "words" it is a beautiful song with good positive message in it very uplifting feel that is in it. But I by no means are jerking your chain sorry you feel that way I only was meaning to encourage you in your talents that I see you have. swordfish what about psalms 84 it is about= "Longing" =for the sanctuary= it's not that long but a lot of thought provoking things to play around with in that psalm if that don't work there are others chapters all around that one to provoke your senses and I pray you will begin to hear King David's harp as you read the psalms for it is spiritual ear I want you to hear and learn then write songs to I know this is new but believe you have the stuff and it's something to do in your free time anyways as a hobby on the side and you can still write your poems and bless folks with. what you got to loose. friends in christ swordfish

you definitely have the gift of psalm 1 cor.14:26 and hymn Eph 5:19 you should defiantly venture out in song form instead of just poem form and 4 lines each verse 4 line course 3 verse song to start out and write to the beat and melody you hear playing in your heart the melody of the song will come out on paper in a latter stage of creating the song when it is actually set to the musical instruments to play that which you have already written. so keep lines as evenly as possible with same tune going he will give you the rhythum as you write and you already got the rhyme going on. will be looking for the results if you try a song then post it for us. but think you have the gift swordfish

swordfish i agree the kjv is the most accurate translation out there and in my opinion there is no comparison as i also have read other versions and they do not even hold a candle to the kjv version. no one's salvation hinges on it unless they leave that portion of scripture out of the other versions which i've seen other things left out and altered the meanings of verses when i compared them. so i keep the other versions only to use for comparisons and not for reliable text. i only hold and adhere to the kjv version as the only bible of my choice. i do not at all find it hard to understand when i read and study within it's pages. but everyone has their own preferences i just wouldn't take any chances when it comes to the other "copyrighted" versions of the bible. swordfish

swordfish i do not recall any scripture that say this in any regards. there is scripture that tells us to not lay hands suddenly on no man. this is because one should ask for the prayers of others and it should be done in order. i do think it is very important who we allow to pray for us in the body of christ not everyone is spiritual. the bible also tells us that the effectual prayer of a righteous man availeth much. that is the kind of people i want praying for me those that are righteous those who have a good testimony with God and man. these people have got clouth with our maker and his ears are open unto their cry. but there are no scriptures that tells us to be cautious in this arena that i can think of. but counsel is given to us in the word who's prayers will be answered and who's want. swordfish

swordfish if you are being sent by the holy spirit you can then expect the holy spirit to move on individuals lives either to reject or to receive the witness that God has so sent to the people to hear the gospel message. not all will receive but there are so many who's hearts are so hungry for one morsel of spiritual food they will embrace the spirit's call that is being sent out by you as the vessel in which God uses to reach the lost. we cannot hide our gospel for when we do it is hid to those that are lost. as far as your question goes i think we should always be sensitive to the holy spirit in our encounters with others and if we will listen closely in the conversations we are having with others their speech will tell us much in what they are wanting to talk about for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. so just be sentitive and listen to the person and guide the conversation towards the Lord in this regards and you may be pleasantly surprised at the results. swordfish

we were created in the image of God this will never change and it did not change when the fall took place. the change that happened was simply that man died spiritually because of his transgression against God and death passed upon all as a result. not only did man die spiritual but man began to die physically as well. now everyone who is born into this world is still created in the image of God but everyone is born dead spiritually as a result of the fall and will one day have to face death. every person who will ever be born into this world must be reconciled back to right relationship with God the father through faith by grace in his only begotten Son jesus christ we are saved and made alive spiritually and will pass from this life into the next when we die this is eternal life. this is it in a nutshell plain and simply no great mystery. swordfish

swordfish hello hannah marie i see you are having a struggle here and from your words you say "you have been trying to start a personal relationship with God for over a year now and are not getting anywhere" maybe that is where the problem is really at you are "still trying to start it" and have not really begun a relationship with God yet. i do not know you personally so i can only go on what you have thus shared. have you ever accepted jesus christ as your lord and saviour and confessed your sins to him at this point in your life. if not then you should do so because unconfessed sin will keep you apart from the relationship in which you seek. if you have already done this then their have to be other problems that are hindering in this relationship you seek with God. a person should feel God's prescence in their life they should have a sense of knowing all is well between them and God. so if you are not feeling God then you should search your heart a little deeper and see if their are other things or issues that may be hindering this relationship with the heavenly father. you may need to forgive others or such things like that etc., which can affect your relationship and you can ask God in prayer to show to you and reveal those things if their is anything in this arena. But you should sense his prescence in your walk with him. keep searching or seeking and knocking for you will find and he will open the door to you in this area. lol swordfish

when the flood came on this earth it was indeed God's judgment. the fallen angels who left their first estate sinned a great sin when they cohabitated with the women on the earth that produced a great race of people from that unholy union. the women of the earth did a great sin against God whether they did it volutarily or against their wills it was still a abomination within the eyes of God just the same. it brought God's judgment on the entire world in the form of a flood on both man and beast in order that all of God's creation would take notice of this terrible wickedness. That race was entirely destroyed from off the face of the earth only Noah and his family was saved a total of 8 souls and it was these 8 souls that God started the human race all over again with. there is no better of an example of the role of a evangelist to follow after than the pattern of philip the evangelist found in Acts 8:26-40 for in that one story alone is found the great commission at it's fullest being fulfilled. there is being sent by God, there is teaching or preaching and discipling, there is conversion of the sinner, and then there is water baptism. one cannot go wrong if they follow this biblical pattern of evangelism. swordfish

horizoneast, some of the things you have said is a real shame to think that our saviour went to the cross and suffered the awful agony so we could by saved by faith and born of his spirit. and he went away from this earth so that the comforter would come down to us in the presence of his spirit. well you may not like alot of things people do nor agree with them but to fight so over the precious spirit of God well is a real shame in my opinion because jesus paid an awful price so that we could have it. swordfish
