It's funny, in this country, in order to worship the one true God, you have to give the devil freedom of worship too. This is what Christians in this country conceed in order to NOT be persecuted. I don't think God likes this at all.

Marnie, I'm not trying to take sides or starting an argument but I will have to say this one thing. I work for Wal-Mart and I would probably trade insurance policies with just about anyone. We used to have great coverage, believe me. My coverage has a $350 deductable, $20 co-payment for doctors, and $30 co-pay on prescriptons. I can't afford to be sick.

I would rather learn how to live in Christs image in stead of some doctrine. Those are two different things. The Pharisees seeked the law (doctrine) daily.

I think this kind of competing has to do with things of pride. I know more theology then you, people like me more then you, etc.

My mother almost died giving birth to her only biological child. She wanted a larger family though. So she adopted me and my younger brother. We were all treated equal for she loved us all. We three brothers feel the same. The word adopted has never came up in our lives other than when my mother told us when we were old enough to understand.
