What do evolutionists say was the first animal to have gender? How did these gender traits arise from successive mutations? If you can point me to some articles, perferrable peer reviewed, that would be great. Ta Andy

I do not believe in evolution, so much of it has great need of blind faith; however so much is fact to believe and trust God made all as HE said HE did .) But that is a good question as to how it got started. I mean, one creature with a gender mutation won't have anything to breed with!

Genetic variation is supposed to be one of the benefits of sexual reproduction, although sexual reproduction is expensive for the body to maintain and introduces it's own flaws... whether or not those flaws outweight the benefit of genetic variation I guess we don't know. But how it evolved in the first place... .

So is this what you are going to do now? Just leave comments like this in all evolution type threads? Disappointing, IL.

Andy IL told us that he has been informed by the mod's that teaching or posting links on evolution is prohibited. Not that I am concerned one way or the other, but it might be nice to find out how far the discussion would be allowed. If it vanishes alltogether so be it, as I said, I am not concerned.
