We always had to have more than one person with us. We were always sent into the "seedier" areas to "soul-win" and personally I didn't like it. I have always had a problem with witnessing/soulwinning because of some things in my past, and it was torture to send me out like that. I love Y'shua, but for some reason I can't seem to talk to people about Him unless the Spirit leads me. I guess the rule for not witnessing alone was primarily because if a female knocked on a door and she was by herself it would be completely unsafe---probably the same for a male.
