He said it, take it up with him. On a side note I'm not a judge or lawyer but I have read that the Joint Resolution that was posted is not a formal declaration of war. OK..It looks pretty clear to me. I'll get right on it. Unbelievable as it is, I guess this is to be expected. It kinda looks as if this administration is trying to undo and make ineffective much of what the BushAdministration-Congress accomplished. They are bold but not that bold. America wouldn't stand for it and it would be the last straw for most. The idea of trying KSM the way that they are doing is partially to deligitimize the former Administration and the War on terror without trying former officials. As he is now afforded the same rights as American citizens, any and all information obtained through "torture" (i.e., "waterboarding") can be thrown out. And even a confession can be tossed because his lawyer can claim it was also obtained through torture. Stranger things have happened... OJ Simpson anyone?
