And in Tennessee it is a law that Ministers are to be dedicated to God and therefore are not eligible to hold a seat in either House of the Legislature. Also Any person who participates in a duel may not hold any public office in the state. It would be interesting to see these ones challenged in court. Someone in Alabama could make a lot of money from suing the church for causing them "stress" because the congregation laughed at their false moustache. And a minister of the church could sue the state for causing them to choose between God and a political career and also the right to fight duels in the "corridors of power". Anyway, there are plent of other just as frivilous, rediculous lawsuits. These are encouraged by the idiot juries that award the people sueing money. What can I say, if you're on a jury for something like that, say no BDS If you can't make a statement that is relevant, or constructive, then it's best to remain silent. The entitlement mentality, which seems to be the source of all the frivilous lawsuits, is spawned by people who feel that the world owes them something. Guess who these people are? Those that aren't willing to work hard enough to get by in life, or take responsiblity for their mistakes, or those that are on welfare and getting money, housing, clothing, food from the government, for nothing. I hope you are never the defendant in a trial by jury, because your life will be in the hands of those "idiots."

As I recall, the oath of office for the Commonwealth of Kentucky requires swearing that one has not participated in a duel.
