Well Nebula, I looked at the pictures in the link you posted, and I can honestly say I may have just found a "food" that is worse than peas. I have seen more appetizing dishes under the rear end of a rhino Better to see the back end of a rhino than the front end. And I oughtta know. I was just a mere inch or so from the front end of a rhino's horn. No it was not dead. I thought I might be though. you shot one ?????? It looks like this. One of a Black rhino in the reserve where I work. The pointy bit is the dangerous bit I am well acquainted with that dangerous pointy end.

Peas are resilient little things! One fall evening, I found a Gallon sized ziplock bag of dried peas. I had a supply of Mc Donald's large diameter straws and they fit just perfectly in them. So my brothers and a couple of other kids on the block ran around all night long in a pea shooting war. Come spring, I found some 10-15 plants growing in the most odd places including on top of a rug that we had thrown outside. I collected them all, transplanted them, and we had a fine crop of peas that fall!

Actually this was a white rhino in captivity, and it had already gored someone earlier that year. There wasnt much between me and that pointy part. An inch or two of air at best. And I was holding my belly in as much as I could lol. I remember this massive rhino head that just kept coming and coming and coming closer to me. Then looking down at the horn as it approached my abdomen and thinking ok this really isnt good.

You dont need to buy seed peas that can be expensive ... just buy a cheap packet of dried peas, leave them to soak overnight and plant
