U.S. Rep. Kendrick Meek won a come-from-behind victory in Florida's Democratic U.S. Senate primary, soundly defeating billionaire Jeff Greene on a night when voters in several states sent mixed signals about the strength of this year's anti-establishment wave.

Arizona, what were you thinking? John McCain, really? He is the very type of Republican the rest of the country has had enough of. Well, if he gets reelected, you have him for 6 more years, maybe that will be enough time for you to come to your senses. But, I doubt it.

I agree; McCain is the reason the GOP lost in '08. He's a good man, obviously, but he needs to retire. He's simply the consumate Washington insider.

Its easy for you whereever you are to sit and ask that. As an Arizonan, who didnt vote for him btw, there wasnt much of an option. There were 2 opponents. One some guy no one ever heard of before and who had little money to spend against McCains $21 million. Thats right. McCain spent $21 million on his campaign. McCain reinvented himself. He said so many nice sounding things, and blasted his other opponent, JD Hayworth, that he won. Hayworth, former congressman, and a big bully, would have been good despite some iffy spending history in him. But McCain managed to squash that guys chances. Of course JD messed up by going on an infomercial a few years ago lol.

McCain didnt win by much. Come November, I am stuck voting for him. The alternative is even worse.

I don't know why you took offense to that, you didn't vote for him. This is the state that is defying the federal government by invoking 10th Amendment sovereignty when it comes to illegal immigratin law enforcement. I admire you for that and other states are following suit, but Arizona has been tarnished by reselecting McCain, who is a political invertebrate and chameleon

And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. Mark 12:29-31

Yet Some Assert There Is Nothing Man Or Demon Can Do To Stop The Second Coming

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Matthew 24:29-31

LORD Have Mercy!
