.... but there are many good teachers and pastors who have come to the same conclusion over the years. Feel free to look them up....

.... Just because many are in agreement doesn't mean they are right. Suppose their commonly held conclusion is based on a false assumption?....

God Is Able

Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. Isaiah 66:8

And True

And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: Romans 11:6

Good enough for me. Thanks, Joe!

I have to disagree with you. my preacher, and youth pastor, talk plenty of Jesus, talk plenty of Salvation, talk plenty of Sin. They also open there doors for me with open one on one real talk. Yes, I have been taught there is a God, and so has others. Not trying to be mean, but your just wrong. The idea of a one world goverment is not being taught. There are more people againist Obama, than for him. I still carry around my bible, in public. All my teachers are christians, and open ones at that. I think you are bying to much into the news, to much in books. I don't know, I just don't see what your seeing.

Hey -

Parker wasn't meaning all churches. But there are a lot that have "lost their first love," are compromising with the world, are dead, and have gone lukewarm.

As for school, you are blessed. I grew up in Maryland, and every day I had Humanism crammed down my throat.

Around here, people who are against Obama are in the minority.

I attend the same type of fundamentalist, Bible based/preached church. I didn't say they aren't out there. I'm saying that the majority of "Christian" churches are not that way. You see it in the denominations who welcome gays, even allowing them to be pastors/deacons. They are riddled with pedophiles. They teach evolution and a false gospel. You can see it on T.V.; it's everywhere you go. My statements are not because I am buying into the news and books. The only book I read is the Bible. I do watch the news, and what I see is horrible. What man is doing to his fellow man. All the natural disasters, the starvation and disease. All of these things are prophesied in the Bible, and I believe that what I am seeing and lead by the Holy Spirit to believe, are the events that will happen just prior to the Rapture. You see what you want to see, your life experiences are limited by your age, your knowledge of the "religious" community and what they teach outside your church is probably just as limited by your experiences outside of the Church that you attend now. You obviously are too young to realize, see and believe what is happening to our country, socialism, open borders, the loss of our super-power status, the depression (it's not a recession), unemployment, the monetizing of our out of control debt, which leads to the devaluation of the dollar, so on and so on. You have the right to disagree with me, but that doesn't make it so. Just keep watching the sky for the Lord. He is coming soon.

I'm sorry, I see what your saying. Yeah there is a lot of wacky stuff out there, yes the news of what we do to other man is sick. The suffering, and disease, makes me cringe at times, but it doesn't mean where at the end. Could you please show me some of these prophecies that have been predicted? It's been awhile since I looked at revalations, i'm aware that there are prophecies leading to the end times. Yes, I am young, and still green, but dont count me out. Yes me having a limited time on this earth, gives me limited knowledge. But just because i'm young doesn't mean I havent all ready ventured outside my church territories. Doesn't mean I havent look at other faiths, or a different look on christianity. I hold total opposite beliefs then my current church. Naw, I see hwtas going on. Do I understand all of it? no. I still have tons to learn. I love God, and wither he comes tonight or hundred years from now, i'm going to live my life trying to understand, learn, and worship God. I'm not going to focous on the end, because we don't know when that is going to happen. The Bible says only God truely knows. So, i'm not going to buy in to this being it. Love you man.

God Bless.

Thanks for the love, brother. Just consider this: 1 Thessalonians 5:1-6 "Now, brothers and sisters, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. But you, brothers and sisters, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober."

It seems Paul is implying the watching believer will not be surprised by this time or event. Look at the signs that are literally poking us in the eye. Iran is provoking the second coming of Jesus Christ with the very real agenda of creating global chaos to hasten the return of their messiah – the Mahdi, Israel is embroiled in peace talks just like the scriptures said they would be, plus a plethora of other events too numerous to cover in this post… it seems we don’t have a lot of time left to get our affairs in order, and to get ready to meet the Lord in the air. The church is asleep, and are simply not watching for the return of the Lord. Say good bye to the world my friend, and get ready to meet Jesus. Lot’s wife was also among those that were leaving the city, but her heart was still in the city… and she got left behind in the end. Don’t let your heart be found in the city my friend, Jesus is coming, everything else is irrelevant when you weigh up the rewards for being ready.

This world is not going to get better, there is no future for this world. Sin has become exceedingly great on the earth just like in the times of Noah, and our only hope is in Jesus Christ.

Be blessed,

Rick
