How long does anyone else think it will be until gas hits $5 per gallon, this summer or sooner? Already it is approaching $4.00 per gallon here. The situation in Libya certainly is not making things any better at the pump.

I now pull up at Walmarts to save a few pennies. I'm just happy that I don't have to travel far to work and church (about 30 miles) a day and 20 minutes in time. Being a home body thats helps too.

it came close to $5 three years ago. at the time, my daughter was in california, pregnant, and alone because her husband was in iraq. i drove to california for every single doctor's visit she had during the whole pregnancy. it was a small fortune in fuel, i think the prices peaked at about $4.69 that summer. as luck would have it, she's pregnant again... but this time she AND her husband are in florida. i only have to travel once, for the birth!
