Matthew 5:6" The strong words are "... who hunger and thirst..." Because only he, who is hungry and thirsty understands what thing is hunger and thirst. Jesus Christ uses these words that have one meaning (not multiple), Now Jesus is touching a fundamental issue - about Righteousness. My question to you is: Where can Righteusness exist? Please stick to the topic. If you have an answer post it. Thank you. If you have any questions not related to the topic, show some respect to others and do not post them here. Thank you. For there is no difference, Rom 3:23 for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, Rom 3:24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus; Rom 3:25 whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, to declare His righteousness through the passing by of the sins that had taken place before, in the forbearance of God; Rom 3:26 for the display of His righteousness at this time, for Him to be just and, forgiving the one being of the faith of Jesus. You're lying and being lied to. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. He is Righteousness. He is speaking of Himself. Guest
"BLESSED are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Matthew 5:6".... Please stick to the topic.... It Ain't No Secret, You Just Gotta Eat Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts. Jeremiah 15:16 And Eat But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Matthew 4:4 See Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. Psalms 119:11 It's All About Jesus For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 And Not About The Wise Guys You See Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. Here is my answer. Righteousness is an issue of the human intelligence. Righteousness can exist only where there is higher intelligence, in its very broad meaning - where there is wisdom and true knowledge. Intelligence that can control all human emotions, and in whatever conditions man could be, to be able to keep his balance. Only the smart man can be blessed. Here's the Truth; Mt 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. The Turth is that you fall far short of Righteousness; Ro 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; There is none Righteous and Good save One; Mr 10:18 And Jesus said unto him, Why call me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. And you find this in the Scriptures - where? Use your head and think. Does it make sense? Is it a good food for you? The mistake many make is by thinking "All wisdom is in the Bible." A lot is in it, but obviously not all is put in it. The best way to find out if something is good or bad is by simply trying it or putting it to the test

When man becomes indifferent, .... if he says: "It is not of my concern.", now this unhealthy condition. To hunger and thirst for Righteousness means to apply it in yourself.
