She did her research, and homework on the matter, since he has been in office. They did mention about his SSN , back then . But, it just faded out with the public. My download is awful. Living in the boonies does that. It kept cutting out. So before I comment, is the detective saying that the ss card was issued in 1890 or it was issued to a person born in 1890? SS weren't started until the mid 30's correct? The SSN traced back to a man that was born in 1890. In other words it belonged to a man that is now deceased. It gives a good explanation on how the numbers are issued. The first three numbers do designate a general area.
